Parkway Pet Lodge

Just Phenomenal. This was Max’s first time at a kennel and I was worried sick he’d be unhappy. Let’s just say- he was far from unhappy! I loved hearing how his day went and getting happy pictures of him every afternoon! I will 100% be using parkway lodge again! Knowing my pup was in great hands made our vacation the best it could be. Thank you so much!

Everyone at the lodge is so warm and welcoming. The owners, Bob and Ivy, are wonderful humans. They take great care of our babies here while we are out of town. Dan and Amanda are also fantastic trainers if you are in the market for obedience or specialty dog classes.

We've been seeing Dan with our reactive dog. In a few visits he now understands our dog and has begun helping us make improvements in his behavior. We've been to many trainers and had high hopes. We've seen more improvement in a few visits than years with other trainers.

We took our rescue puppy Penny here for training. She was a difficult student, but the staff was exceptionally patient and kind. The format is great for puppies and come on, it's also so cute!! Highly recommend!

Dan Grachen is the dog whisperer.. he is so professional and competent. My dog Beau and I got alot from our private lessons w him. I was getting discouraged w my dogs behavior and now I am encouraged.. the support staff was pleasant and courteous..

Usually had good experiences with this kennel, till today. Told them we would pick our dog up at 10pm tonight, after our flight like we usually do. When we arrived the whole place was locked up, and they weren’t answering the phone. When we called the emergency number because we were worried we were yelled at and told we chose a different time, we did not. Then they proceeded to call us “always a problem” when they have never complained before. Neither have we. Next, they chose to do a nature walk and puppy playtime with him everyday when we said to only do the nature walk every other day. We also put additional food in for him, even grouped it in bags per meal he would be there, but when we picked him up they were all gone. take your dog somewhere else, you can get a lot better service for less with their raise in daily pay.

Paid $140 for training.. my dog hung out around their office due to being nervous they say. Wouldn’t let her out of her kennel for the play time we requested, no access to exercise or the pool in the 90 degree heat. Sent updates to the wrong phone contact. Completely unapologetic about all the mishaps. My dog came home with the exact same amount of food sent .. so no eating in 6 days. She was trembling and scared to death. Drank her whole water bowl when we got home.Never again. The tour was very misleading and my biggest regret. **update: she has kennel cough as well.

Great tour, many pets are known by name. Accommodations look familiar. Individual climate controlled indoor/outdoor runs are familiar. Staff is nice, outdoor play areas are cool. Training Center is a nice spot for outdoor training away from any barking.

We have been taking our fur babies here for years and they take such good care of them. The staff is very friendly and remembers you by name, even if it's been a while since you came in.

We have been using Parkway Petlodge for a number of years now and I know our dogs are in the best hands when they stay there. Our one dog is very old now and having some medical issues. They did not hesitate to help us out and take care of her. They even went above and beyond the call of duty and cleaned her up on the house because she has trouble getting up off of hard surfaces and she ultimately peed where she laid. Afterwards they even put rubber mats down so it would help her with traction to stand up easier. This is a great place and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.
