We have a 4000 sq. foot workout floor, a studio for classes and group-ex classes, personal training, locker rooms equipped with showers, steam rooms and dry saunas. Take advantage of our wide range of equipment, including plate loaded and selectorized weight machines, treadmills, bikes, steppers, rowing machines, free weights, and more. Join us for a yoga, barre, Pilates, or Zumba class! Need an extra push? We offer personal training to help you reap all the benefits of your workout and improve upon them.
