Very quiet its under new management... Very nice but about his buisness. Nice mobile home for rent 2 n 3br if something needs to be fixed he is on it quickly a property manager lives in park. Under 24 hour surveillance. On property laundry matt, snow cone stand on property, bus pick up at end. Yard cutter is option at rate pay if you want it cut. Or you keep it cut . everyone friendly. Great community...
Awesome place to live. The land lord is awesome the people that love there is awesome it's just awesome I think I'm gonna move there.
