Convenient location next to Whittwood, Sprouts, BevMo. Plus all of the medical office in the building. The staff is professional and friendly. The waiting area is calm and clean. Came here for a sports physical clearance for my son. Paid $25 cash. They are charging me $153 and sending me to collections because their coder and biller charged a doctor visit instead. They admitted it, yet after months have yet to remedy their mistake. I have called and spoke to them SEVERAL times. Watch out if you go in for a sports physical.
Staff is very polite and friendly. If you have an appointment they respect the time. Dr and PA listen and respond all question
Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, great hours and well equipped. They x-rayed my broken bone and fit me with a post op shoe.
Went this for a abscess on my head. They told i had to go to the E R for that. The clerks didn't even ask a medical person if this was appropriate. I went the urgent care on Bloomfield and they took care of me completely. That staff is the best.
Came for my 2yo son for the first time, found the intake process a bit slower than usual but compared to other urgent care centers in the past, PIH urgent care was overall more efficient. Was in an out in less than 2 hours, there’s pediatric staff available and my son was tested for covid and flu first thing when we were called in. Results were ready by the time we saw the physician and we were provided the care we needed. Would recommend.
Dr.Magged has been my doctor for about 12 years without saying to much i am not well,but because of his knowledge and caring I am alive and working together to become well. My family and I think he's the greatest and if your looking for a new physician try Dr. Magged the caring friendly guy that enjoys helping people get better..Love you Doc!!
PIH has a knack for finding the best people to employ. I came in today with an ankle injury and was quickly seen by Shaun Kramer MD. Outstanding service was provided by nurse Norma who wasn't even one of the nurses assigned to me. After being provided with crutches, Norma quickly distinguished that something was off with how I was using them. She took initiative and directed me back into a patient room before I left. Norma acted by providing me with a larger pair of crutches. She wanted to make sure I was using a comfortable size for my height and using them correctly, then she kindly walked me out to my vehicle. Thanks again Norma!
Always experience extremely long UC visits. Hard to get tested for anything... including covid. While their administrative support staff is great, their providers are not pleasant or compassionate. I leave wondering why I didn't go to the farther one every time.
Worst experience. Came here to get prescription. Took three hours for prescription medication and there was only 3 patients. Staff is rude and they take their time. Had better experience at a Medicare clinic. Waste of time and money.
