I was nervous to go to the dentist, but every visit at this location has been very pleasant. Every person working there has been very nice and comforting. It can take a while to get on the schedule, so that is the only tricky thing here. I’m grateful for the kind staff here.
Multiple, multiple visits to simply replace a temporary crown. Since then I have attended approximately five or six visits, including the extraction of that tooth and a hole in my mouth for well over two months. I'm still waiting to get the tooth put in and the last visit yesterday they did nothing but look at it and say call back in mid November for an appointment in December. So far I find the process extremely Unacceptable. I can say that the front desk and support staff are very polite and professional, even though they are woefully understaffed.
The worst dental experience. 1. Arrived at 6:50 for 7 an appointment and did not get acknowledged for 15 minutes. While I heard them in the back complaining about how they don’t want to do root canals for 400 dollars. started feeling like I made a mistake going to that office 2.The front desk receptionist Crystal I think has the worst customer service skills. Don’t know how she has a job that entails interacting with people. Extremely unprofessional rude behavior. 3. I was told when I made the appointment they would use the X-rays I already had done a few days prior by my primary dentist.which is why I picked them to do the root canal then they tell me no they can’t use them. Had to get more X-rays done. 4. During the root canal process X-rays were taken with a hand held machine that kept malfunctioning so she had to repeat a dozen times and I realize she didn’t put protection on me of any kind. 5. They added a bogus 200 fee for “obstruction” when there was none. I had a temporary crown that was removed and put back in place. No fillings. She didn’t check the bite after putting it back on so I was constantly in pain, had to hold my mouth slightly open for a few days after the root canal. 6. After the procedure I had to wait in the Lobby to pay . Front staff said, you don’t owe anything today we will call you to schedule the root canal, ummm I informed I just had the root canal! Should have just walked out at that point. Then was told it was going to be 100 more than I agreed to. Said my deductible wasn’t paid. Which I had paid already at another office. They got a bad attitude when I refused to pay it. Told them that’s not the price I signed for a hour ago. Then Saying they will bill me for it if they find I haven’t paid it. At which the receptionist responded with, do you hear me!? 7. They did not provide any treatment discharge papers on what to expect or how to care for tooth. Called back 2 hours later to advise it hurt like hell and was told it’s normal and that they haven’t called in my pain medicine yet but would be in the next hour. 8. The whole office did not even appear to like each other let alone the patients. Dental assistant which I think also named Crystal was also rude and dismissive. Sad to say the actual root canal was the only part of the appointment that was tolerable. Dentist didn’t act like he wanted to be there at all but at least he made an effort to be kind and empathetic. Wouldn’t recommend this office to an enemy let alone friends or family.
Worst dental office in the area. Receptionist lied about the appointment to get me to commit to their office. Ladies at the front desk were loud, inappropriate and gossiping the whole time. The tech who applied numbing agents didn't warn me of what was happening which resulted in shallowing numbing paste, which was terrifying. It feels like you cannot breathe/swallow for 10 minutes as your whole throat is numb. Every time I've been there they messed up the billing which has resulted in hundreds of unexpected bills and overcharging me, which the manager has not reimbursed. It took 10+ calls just to speak to him. Absolute garbage dentist office. Even if another place is book for a month.. do not choose this office.
Very clean. The staff is wonderful. The dentist I saw is amazing!! Definitely not afraid anymore to go to the dentist. Keep up the great work.
Our family have been patients for the past several years. We are all very pleased. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. They explain everything & don't push services on you. We are very have customers!!!
Check in process was fast. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. Bright Now Dental made a very good impression.
I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked through the door and was pleasantly greeted by the front desk personnel! The dental assistant was very personable and professional as was Dr. Gargasz. They both thoroughly explained what I needed to have done root canal and made me feel very comfortable about doing it.
I had my teeth cleaned by Valerie recently and I must say that in all my years I have never had such a thorough cleaning. She is very articulate and explains exactly what she will be doing...a cancer check, a thyroid check and also checking for any unusual lumps or growths. Also, Dr. Hecht is an excellent dentist. i highly recommend Bright Now for all your dental needs.
i must say this has been the most pleasant experience i’ve ever had at a dentist office, don’t like going to the destist.. but i had a wonderful experience and i most certainly will past on the word to my family members and others, thanks guys for your hospitality and friendliness.
