Dr Brooks is amazing! She is very personable and her knowledge of dentistry is evident. Lisa,the dental hygienist, was very professional but put me at ease immediately. She explained ways I could get a jump on my plaque build up that I had not known previously. All in all it was a pleasant experience at the dentist...go figure!
Dr. Bartlett and staff are AWESOME!! Very patient, kind and full of knowledge. Spent a lot of time with my husband and I. Didn’t feel like she was rushing to the next patient. Thank you Bright Smiles! We can’t wait for our next appointment!
Love the atmosphere at the dentistry in bright smiles. The receptionist is hilarious. She's pretty cool. The person that was doing my cleaning or checking my teeth x-rays everything. We were in need of an emergency procedure for my adult son who was not current on his dental care and most Dental Offices were closed. We were so thankful when they were able to fit him in despite a packed schedule. More importantly, we were touched by the kindness and compassion of Kat in trying to find a way to accommodate our needs. She was empathetic, offered several solutions, and ultimately was able to arrange the treatment needed. Her customer care and that of all the staff was truly outstanding. I highly recommend this Dental Practice
They are so amazing! My youngest can’t wait to go back, he was 9 at his exam and he absolutely loves everyone here. They made him feel comfortable and for that our family is extremely grateful. I just had my first appointment with them today. Everyone was very kind, office is clean and a great atmosphere for dental. The lady doing the X-ray was friendly, helpful and quick! Renee was kind during the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. 10 of out of 10
Says emergency dentist. Called and they said they don't take walk ins. I had already drove to 3 other dentist offices to try to get in. 2 teeth hurting terribly and as I'm older probably need extraction. Haven't been there in a few years. I won't be back. Them advertising as emergency dentist is false advertising.
There are no words I can find that seem adequate enough to describe how amazing these people are. They make you feel cared for and comfortable the moment you walk through the door. I highly recommend them to everyone especially those who may be afraid of the dentist -- they will take such good care of you!. I had Dr. Bartlett. Her and her assistant Holley were so amazing and so funny! I had a [very large] wisdom tooth extracted and felt nothing at all! I knew I wouldn't experience any pain, but I had no idea I would feel ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Plus, my mouth healed up perfectly in only a few short days. My teeth are an absolute mess, so they'll be hearing from me again soon. LOL! Thank you so much Dr. Bartlett, Holley, and all of the staff of Bright Smiles! Amendment: 9/12/23. I just saw a 1-star reviewer claiming that Bright Smiles is "falsely advertising themselves as an 'emergency dentist' because they don't accept walk-ins" and I feel like I need to comment about this based on my experience. Obviously, I have no idea the finer details of this other person's experience, but ALL OF MY EXPERIENCES have gone just like this: My first 2 visits I called first thing in the morning around 8am and BOTH TIMES they said "Are you able to come in now?" "Why, INDEED I AM!" and I drove up and was out of there, more than satisfied, in less than an hour! My most recent visit, I called very late in the evening around 4pm and they asked "Are you able to come in first thing tomorrow morning?" "YES I CAN!" and once again, I was in and out in less than an hour EVEN THOUGH this time they had to pull TWO TEETH, not just one! Based on my experiences 3 visits total so far across 4 years, I would say they more than qualify as an "Emergency Dentist".
Have been a patient at Bright Smiles for over 5 years now. Katherine Bartlett is my favorite dentist. My hygienist is always sweet, gentle and knowledgeable. Front desk staff will always greet & smile when you walk in. Katherine & all of the staff are helpful with any questions I might have. Friendly atmosphere. The office is always clean. Hardly ever wait too long to be called in. Highly recommend Bright Smiles for you dental needs.
I have been coming here for a few years. Today I saw Dr. Johnson for some fill ins!! Let me tell y’all, she has the most gentle hands I’ve ever experienced at the dentist. I barely felt the needle. I’m one of those sensitive types that cry. I was actually able to relax. She was nice and quick too. This business is not about just trying to make money. My son 8years needs some work and I made an appointment. So instead of making me come there and spend money, they called and let me I would need to go somewhere else and gave me some great recommendations. They also will try to find a more affordable way to get you the treatment you need and they never pressure you into anything. I’m horrible with names but from the front desk, hygienist, and dentist you will be treated with kindness and respect. The staff is amazing!!!
Today wasn’t my first time getting an extraction here and every time I leave very satisfied, I am self pay and they help me out the best they can with my financial situation and are always so kind and professional, I highly recommend!!!
