I have been extremely concerned that I might have something serious. I was told to call back the following day at noon. I was at work and unable to call. After another week of worry, I called back and was told to call next week at noon which I am scheduled to work. Is our government funded health department concerned about their community or are they trying to make it so difficult that we won't call back

They take forever please don’t have anything else on your agenda. Got here at 9:30 it is now 11:30 my child still in the back smh

I came in to make an appointment and they wouldn’t give me the appointment I needed, better yet they made my appointment for 7:15 and they don’t open until 7:30. Doesn’t make since but shouldn’t make an appointment for a patient before you open. I’ve been sitting out here since 7am and no one will let me in and they said they won’t see me if I’m late

Extremely difficult to reach anyone on the phone. When I finally reached the operator I was told to “call back at noon” because they can’t see if any appointments are available later in the day. It shouldn’t be this hard to book an appointment to see a doctor.

I've been in and out of this place many times. Overall the staff is very nice, and they try their best for the job they have. They have a lot of rude customers so I understand where they're coming from when they might come off as rude. But if you show them that you're nice they will be nice right back to you. I have been to other Health departments in the United States, and this one was the best one by far. They do take a while sometimes, I'll find myself in the waiting room for an hour until I finally get helped. But I also understand that because they are the only Health Department within miles in this area. They take care of hundreds of patients. Keep doing what you're doing guys! Very sweet and compassionate people

My daughter and I called on speaker so I could help her answer some of the questions that the nurse was gonna ask cause teens have to call for themselves. The nurse didn’t know that I was on the phone too and when my daughter couldn’t answer some of her questions cause she didn’t know the nurse started getting an attitude and talking very disrespectful to my daughter. So I had to get on the phone and tell her that she is speaking to a child and why are you talking to her like that???

Called at 4pm and answering service said they were closed but the business hours are until 4:30

After going through 3 different checkpoints while waiting in line. All 3 of the checkpoints looked at my paperwork, at the 3rd checkpoint they put an extremely vulnerable sticker on my windshield as they were separating the lines as such. After finally getting to the very last checkpoint the worker there said my dr’s note wasn’t sufficient, even though it was Baptist Hospital letterhead and signed by my dr I was turned away because it wasn’t the correct form!! How am I supposed to know that? More interesting though is that Baptist Hospital didn’t know either. These people should have had more training if I showed my letter to 3 separate people and not one of them said that what I had was incorrect. What a disappointment, especially since my health is such that I even needed the darned letter!!
