Dr Cohen is more worried about writing her articles for the cbc that she is taking care of her patient, the students are more helpful than her. Patients will go for all kinds of test and yet she doesn’t even read when the reports that come back. Unfortunately with the lack of doctors we can’t even switch, but if you have a choice avoid her.

I like my doctor, when I get the opportunity to speak with him. I tried to book an appointment and the secretary said there were no appointments available and to come to the after hours clinic. I want to speak to my doctor. Not someone else. My other option was to call back tomorrow morning and be put on hold for only God knows how long, today was 16 minutes. Then I can book an appointment for tomorrow. Needless to say I'm not impressed

Doctor Michelle Cohen a doctor who wants other doctors to be silenced and held accountable because they're speaking up about the risks and issues they have revolving around the COVID Vaccines. We need less people like Dr. Michelle Cohen and more doctors willing to come out and openly have conversations and debates about what is being put into our bodies. Would never trust a doctor who is so closed minded and thinks these conversations should be silenced. I would definitely look for another doctor if this is yours.

WORST CLINIC EVER. A couple months ago I got an IUD inserted by who was supposed to be Dr. Cohen for my extremely painful periods, I arrived for my appointment, sat in the room and she walks in with another women. She says “This is i will not say the name and she is a Queens Medical student joining us today.” which I was okay with, but then the med student sat in front of me and started getting me prepared for the insertion, at first I didn’t care because I thought she was just getting everything set up, but then without warning she just told me to take a deep breath in and i felt the worst pain ever take over me, and the medical student was the one who inserted the IUD. I was extremely unimpressed and also worried because they didn’t tell me the student would be doing it, and the student was so rough on my insides that I was sick for about a week afterwords. I am only 19 years old, never had kids before and I had my trust in Dr. Cohen, not a med student. After my appointment I had to go to the front desk to get my referral page for an ultrasound to make sure that the IUD is in the right place, they said after the ultrasound they will call me within 2-3 days after with the results. It’s now been over a month since my ultrasound and they still haven’t called me with the results, I’ve tried contacting them and still no response.

Great doctors and staff. Very kind, caring and helpful. I'm so thankful for everyone who works there. To have such a great family of practitioners so close to home is just amazing.

Very dismissive doctors. Impossible to get appointments. Lacks empathy. I would almost give anything to switch doctors, but with a young family, I am unfortunately stuck here.

Friendly staff and great doctor- but honestly every time I call I can NEVER get through to reception. And on top of that, you can’t leave voice mail to get them to call you back when they have time. Been trying to speak with someone for a very long time as I’ve moved out of town and need things faxed.

Never a long wait - appointments are always on time. Such a refreshing group to have manage our health care. Thanks to Dr R Wiginton and his team.

My Wife and I visiting this healthcare facility for 8 years and love how professional and caring they all are.

Thank goodness appointments are strictly adhered to so you don't have to be in a waiting room full of sick people.
