Terrible doctors, would not recommend, have had many false and completely wrong diagnosis from various doctors at this surgery. They don't listen, treated me like an inconvenience and basically guessed at what treatment to give me, all of which had no effect, then basically ignored the facts. Fortunately have had other qualified GP doctors correctly diagnose my condition and provided the right treatment. This surgery should be closed down. Find another doctor if you want to live and have good health. Disappointed and very let down by the extent this surgery has allowed me to suffer with a complete lack of care, for a condition that other doctors found easy to diagnose and easy to treat.
Worst GP going. I no longer even try calling them as it's impossible to get through. Booked a blood test, told by reception to go to medical centre. Turn up on the day to be told to go to outpatients. I go there only to be told that I am not on their list and need to rebook at reception since they don't do the one I need. I went back to reception and the lady in there had no clue what was going on or what to do, she tried lying saying she hasn't got the power to book a blood test when the other receptionist did it less than two weeks ago. Also, I requested a repeat prescription, got a text that I need a medical review. Turned up to book one to be told by the receptionist that I don't in fact need one. Absolutely useless staff, waste of my time.
I always find the reception staff very helpful and friendly they always speak to me very friendly and with good knowledge of what service I need, sometimes it takes a little while to get an answer on the phone usually Monday or early morning but it must be expected when everyone needs a doctor after the weekend or evening. I had a very helpful phone call from Veronica Stocker who helped me sort out my/partner’s vaccinations for our upcoming trip to Thailand and would also like to mention the young pharmacist who was kind but strong in helping with my health …. Dr Kayleigh is also very professional always towards me. Well done NHMC and NHS great team great service
Dr kayliegh is a star dealt straight away with my mum when requested also surgery has lovely lighting and beautiful art work still need a bit of sorting near notice boards going down hill since my last visit painting removed off walls windows covered in dirt and webs tbh everything I've touched is rotten toilet seat broke running behind for appointments
Tried calling for 20 minutes after 4pm and call wouldn't even connect. Eventually it connected and was placed in a queue. I was in a queue that long that I was able to drive to the surgery in that time to find the receptionists are sitting and seemingly doing nothing that having a chat amongst themselves. I was still on hold on the phone at this point. When I did eventually get seen, they fobbed me off as they have done for the past 4 years because they're trying to avoid a bit of admin.
worst service ever, had tonsillitis for 3 days now trying to get a phone call with a GP to be prescribed some antibiotics. Took 23 phone calls to get through to them.
All staff members seem to hate their jobs. Very hard to get any help. I typically don't leave negative reviews on any organisation but Northumberland Health centre give a particularly bad patient service. Better off with a private doctor if you live in the area.
Impossible to get through on the phone, quicker to visit surgery for an appointment. It's a shame because the doctors and nurses seem to be good.
Can't fault the service at this surgery. The addition of E-consult has made life easier, needed antibiotics recently, submitted e-consult at around 1900, by 0900 the following morning I had spoken to a doctor, prescription sent to pharmacy and follow up face to face appointment booked later that day. At the surgery all staff wearing masks, adhering to covid precautions and polite. I was seen bang on appointment time by a very professional and thorough Doctor who even called me a few days later to see how I was getting on. Very happy with the service received.
The receptionists are ignorant, arrogant and incompetent. I stood waiting in the reception, to book in for my appointment, while 3 of them chatted in the doorway, oblivious to the queue building up. Booking a blood test with one of these women was unbelievably difficult. The receptionists seem to get a kick out of winding patients up. ALL but one need training in people skills and empathy. Awful receptionists. Dirty surgery. Unhelpful doctors. WORST SURGERY IN THE WHOLE OF LONDIN/KENT
