I would not recommend this company. Very poor communication skills. The getting started wasn't hard but once you start dealing with the people,or lack of, communication on important information no one is able to give you all the information. You are basically passed around with bits and pieces of information. On top of that my father was sent a nurse who he felt was very aggressive with him not in a good way. I also witnessed this. When I brought it to someone attention at the office we were meet with a very unhelpful situation. One night I called the after hour service because my father was having a lot of difficulty when I explained what was going on, some of the first words out of the person mouth that I was speaking to said do you really need me to come out there because I'm an hour and thirty minutes away. I would not intrust my loved one with this particular company. We are no longer using this company and have found a more suitable company for my father. Please be careful who you are dealing with in this difficult times. So your loved one can truly get the care they need., and not taken advantage of by people out for money.
I am a current worker at Traditions At North Willow. Keasha Harding is the Aide that comes to our building to provide patient care to our residents. Keasha is such a great worker. Very compassionate with the residents. Takes her time with every individual resident. She also communicates very well with the staff that's including nurses and other aides on the floor. Such an AMAZING worker to have at your building.
I’m a current staff member at Traditions at North Willow. I’m very impressed with the care Keasha Harding gives our residents. She is a very compassionate lady. She’s helpful and kind. She always goes out her way to make sure the residents are in good standing. Keasha goes above and beyond for our residents. I hope she stays with us forever.
Brighton Hospice is one of the best hospice services I have ever dealt with being a geriatrics nurse. All of the staff is professional and courteous. CNA Karol is wonderful and takes excellent care of each patient she has and always maintains an excellent level of professionalism while representing Brighton Hospice.
Their service was superb! Even when I called at night about my husband's troubles, Candance would assist me day or night! All of the nurses assigned to us were wonderful and made my husband, our family, and I comfortable until the end. I'd highly recommend them for anyone needing hospice care.
We had to get my mother-in-law into hospice after diagnosed with a brain tumor. She also had a stroke. We had a different hospice at the beginning. We were referred to Brighton Hospice and are so glad we made the change. She is getting the best care now. Keisha Harding is her CNA and Sarah is her nurse. My mother-in-law is very comfortable with both of them. They are caring and attentive and have bonded with mother in law. We feel so blessed to have Kesha bathing and caring for her.
I am so grateful for the Brighton Hospice team that helped my grandpa get, and stay comfortable, and helped him transition. As well as helping my family understand the process and easing rough patches for them. I so appreciate all they did to help my grandma, grandpa, and family and understand hospice SO much better! Highly recommend this team and group and would use them again IF it was necessary. Hopefully not for my family’s health sake! But if it came down to it I’d choose Brighton again and again. So would my family.
As a Brighton Hospice CNA I get to know my patients as people – not just a diagnosis. Is my pleasure to be able to see my patients 5 times a week and given them the one on one care they deserve. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is meeting various people and hearing their life stories. Learning about places people have been, the things they have done, their proudest memories, and even their fears are something CNA’s don’t always have the privilege of experiencing in other places. Proud to be a Brighton Hospice CNA.
Karol is one of the most compassionate CNA's that I have ever met. She goes way above and beyond with my Grandmother, Mary. We appreciate you! The family of Mary Melton
