Brighton Home Health and Hospice

I have been volunteering with Brighton Hospice for the past year. Specifically, within the Las Vegas community. I have enjoyed my time there as it helped me solidify my journey to becoming a nurse. Maribel, the hospice volunteer coordinator was very patient, kind, and understanding. They provided me with so many opportunities that helped me grow in so many ways such as professionally, emotionally, and mentally. I am so thankful for my time with Brighton and thank you to the organization for allowing me to be a part of something so needed and wonderful to this world.

My mom is on hospice and we sure did pick the right company to take care of her! Brighton has been truly amazing. Ashley is always there for us to make sure things run smoothly along with Amy. our nurse Lillian makes us feel that she truly loves my mom. She seems to love her job and always makes us feel special. The CNAs directed by the amazing Jackie have been timely and very professional and gentle. Kendall and Bre are the regulars who come and we are so thankful for them. I definitely recommend this company!

OMG! If you want your love one taken care of the way you would, this is the place to get that kind of care. All staff made me feel they truly cared about my husband's needs. When he passed someone came right away in the middle of the night. Special thanks to Emilda, Natalie and Nurse Erin for all the adjusting to their schedules to fit mine. Case manager Cassidy and Chaplin Fredrick, stopped by with pray and added support. I thank you all for our support at such a difficult time.

I work here and this review will appear to be bias, but I LOVE this company! If I can help all families to make an informed decision, I will. I have had the pleasure working for other hospice, but none tops Brighton Hospice. All the patients and families we get to serve and continue to serve EXPERIENCES the love and compassion our people extends. Our care continues to be above 5 star as other patients and family here would say. I am very confident that our patients and families are well taken care of by our amazing team— and anyone reading this now— we hope we can do the same for you. I hope this review helps!

Words cannot express my amazing experience with Brighton. They have helped me from the beginning to the end. Every person that I have had contact with have been so helpful. Although there are many, I would like to give a special thanks to Nichole, Bryan, Doug, Erin and the others that I'm sorry I don't remember the name of. I just want to say how incredibly thankful our family was for the care our father received from Brighton Hospice these past few months. We couldn’t have done all of this without the help and knowledge of the staff and nurses from Brighton. We had no idea where to start when we had to find hospice care for our father; we were very lucky to stumble upon Brighton. After reading all their wonderful reviews, we knew this was the right care for our father. Anything that was needed from equipment to prespritions, it was delivered the same day. We wish it was possible to give them more than 5 stars because nothing can compare to the care they provided to our father. Erin was truly a Godsend for us. She was kind, compassionate, caring, and made our dad feel so comfortable with her. She always knew what he needed and was so knowledgeable about all of his needs. If you are reading this review, we hope that your family finds the quality everyone deserves during a difficult time like this and we know we received the top quality care for our father from Brighton. I cannot State this clearly or loudly enough, Brighton services absolutely 100% without a doubt helped my mother transition peacefully. We were not sure what to do and they guided us through every single step of the process and I cannot say enough about the staff members and the angels that work for this agency. They are fantastic and every possible way! None of this is easy but clear communication and deep commitment to your loved ones specific needs are the Cornerstone and what they do.

I'm a passionate advocate for hospice care and have been volunteering on behalf of Brighton Hospice for about a year now. I chose Brighton because of their sincere commitment to their patients and their loved ones. I stay with Brighton because of their Volunteer Coordinator, Susan Valdivia. Susan is passionate about providing the very best for all of Brighton's patients and takes great care to match patients & volunteers in a manner that best serves the patient and their caregivers. She is of great support to everyone on the team and a tireless patient advocate. It is my sincere pleasure to do my small part in supporting the Brighton family.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brighton Hospice for my mother in Henderson, NV since late fall of 2020. I live out of state and have not been able to visit my mother in the nursing facility there because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Brighton Hospice has been on the ball from the start. They evaluated my mother quickly and were able to efficiently handle the legalities and paperwork with me from afar. They have communicated well with me and have been taking excellent care of my mother. They know the trappings of insurance including Medicare very well and have worked to protect my mother from unnecessary charges. They have all been exceptionally pleasant and are always available for us – even working for my mother and I on their days off. I have nothing but positive feedback for them and I strongly recommend them.

I have so many good things to say about Brighton Hospice! It has always been such an amazing experience. The nurses are phenomenal and the CNA's are absolutely amazing. They are all quick to answer phones and come into my facility when needed. Stephanie has been the best Adore her and to name a few more will also be Bre and Kaci. I can not see myself working aside any other hospice. These ladies are truly hard workers and always have a smile on their face!! I love this company!!
