Brightstar has help our family through some of our toughest times. The people are professional, always on time, flexible when needed and provide the best care. We had a need to step up care and Brightstar responded with the right people at the right time. Sonia is one of the most caring people that I have ever met, teaching me things to look for as my parents age. Caring people with professional skills that everyone needs, how can I not recommend these people.
I am very happy with everyone and the services are fantastic! We worked with many home care companies, but when BrightStar came in to take care of my husband, it was the best thing that happened to us. Kristi, their Client Services Development Director has been amazing and attentive, and listened to our needs. She introduced Dennis, their CNA, to us. If I could give Dennis 10 stars I would! I am very pleased with BrightStar Care and we couldn't be happier! So professional and Dennis is a top notch caregiver and he really cares. Once you work with BrightStar you'll know what top care is and you'll never look at another company!
My family and especially my mother has been extremely happy with the services provided by BrightStar Care Central Connecticut. KC and Helene have been beyond helpful and professional from the beginning and continue to guide us through the process of homecare as needed. They are communicative and easily accessible and have given us true piece of mind with regard to my mother's care. All caretakers have been personable and capable and provide a very high quality of service. We feel very fortunate to be working with this organization.
BrightStar Care is providing home health aid rehab support for my family. They have been thorough and professional in learning about our needs, matching someone to our family and guiding us through the process, but they have also gone above and beyond to help us. When we had trouble returning home from rehab on our own, they answered my frantic call. The client manager was busy collecting the aid and getting to our home, so the President of the franchise, KC Chowdhury, jumped in his car and came to our rescue. KC immediately brought order to a chaotic and scary situation by kindly and confidently assisting us through the transfer into the home and then staying with us until the Client Manager, Kristi Steinfeldt, and our aide, Jane, arrived. Kristi had already spent time with my parents. She extended her visit beyond introducing Jane, to help my family recover from our re-entry ordeal and to ensure our family was comfortable and had regained some confidence. Kristi has also stopped by several times just to make sure that everything is going smoothly. She provides excellent advice and really listens to her clients. BrightStar's response to our crisis was a great testimony to their commitment to the well being of their clients. It is a big relief for the rest of our far-flung family to know that Jane and the BrightStar family will be helping our family during this next phase of rehabilitation!
When we needed 24 hour home care service for a member of the family we did the research and held the interviews and decided on BrightStar Care of West Hartford. It remains the right decision three years late. The agency is very professional and yet personal, willing to listen and respond to ideas. The home care providers are courteous and caring. They have not missed an hour of service in all this time. Highly recommended.
