Ordered something one month ago. Hasn’t shipped. Wasn’t listed out of stock. Their site says it’ll ship within 10 days and here I am a month later. Would be happy with my money back but they don’t communicate well enough for even that. Not really one aspect of this that’s gone well. If the bolt handle ever shows up, hopefully it is high quality. I’ve been told twice that it would be in within a few days and that was weeks ago. They say they’re open on Saturdays online, but their phone says they’re closed. Seems like this is ran half heartedly. There’s a review that mentions the store looks like a single family home. For some reason that doesn’t surprise me.

Like most reviewers said the wait list is long and vague, communication short and curt. I got some machine work on a pistol done guess that turned out all right. Asked for a Wilson 14k gold bead because its round, got a Dawson one instead. Asked for the gun to be blasted and flats polished, the flats were not polished. I should have been more clear as to blast only the exterior of the gun, so i had to polish the internals and small parts all over again. The girl taking my order looked like she didnt want to be there, I get that I had those days at work too. Their in house guide rod does not have a relief cut, the recoil felt harsh to me at the range. Went home and found that the GI rod was hitting my barrel lugs. Luckily it didnt crack it but did leave gouges in them. Nobody got back to me about my concerns, and nobody was apologetic. I mean your poorly designed guide rod almost caused a catastrophic failure in a pistol that cost more than half those shotguns on the wall....but I digress...Bought a Wilson one for $20 on ebay and that problems fixed. All in all my first and last time going there. Just didnt get a nice vibe. Should have sent my pistol to EGW, Harrison or a myriad of other people and I would have got what I wanted. ‍ TLDR" Machine Work= Customer Service= Turn around time= Prices= Expensive.

They have earned one star and the process isn't over. The item was not listed as out of stock. I have seen a two week delay on shipping. Called customer service last week and was lied to about when it will ship. It is ok to have popular items on back order. All I reqiure is basic information. It doesn't need to be personalized, just enough information to plan. If the social media department reads this, I just want to know when I can reasonably expect my item to ship. And after reading some of these reviews, I hope the correct part gets shipped.

Ordered a Briley Trigger pack for my Benelli M4, it's perfect!

I would give more stars because of past experience, but this last experience deserves one. Dropped off my shotgun for cleaning and soft-strike on lower barrel 10/1/2022. Checked back end of November. No estimated completion date was given but I was advised that I was seven guns back in the cue and that perhaps they might get 'a surprise' couple of weeks. 1/2/23 called back to check on status. Spoke to the same guy I had spoken to in November. I was advised that I was EIGHT guns back in the cue and that they might get to it next week or the week after. After this comment I was convinced that the system is broken or non-existent. They'd had the gun for over ninety days and my position had only worsened. I hated to get out of the cue but at this point there was obviously no end in site. The 'cue' that was mentioned is apparently arbitrary or is an imaginary number pulled out of the air when they are asked how much longer it will be. So, I went and picked the gun up. I was offered no explanation other than 'we had a lot of guns come in' and was referred to another gunsmith. Apparently the system is not first-in-first-out.

Having used a number of gunsmiths over the years I must say that these folks are the best of the bunch. They do fantastic work at a great price and they always make time to answer all of the customers questions. Thank you everyone at Briley!

The best customer service hands down. I needed a spherical bushing ring that was smaller than the size options listed on their site. Briley modified a ring based on my requirements. I have purchased several items from Briley before and the quality is outstanding. Very responsive and pleasant to work with. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I bought my first handgun here the day after I turned 21. They’re known for their chokes. They have a good selection of shotguns at the store. It’s a nice place kinda hidden looks like a single family home.

Best place to buy your shotgun and get fitted for it. John fitted me for my shotgun and he is a very experienced pro. He also repaired my old 11 87 Remington and it really works perfect now. The service they provide is the best value in Houston. They also bent the stock on my Beretta 686 and it fits perfectly now. Shot 90 out of 100 sporting clays..great job guys!!

Mailed them a shotgun trigger to upgrade. I was told 3-4 weeks when I called to confirm they had received it, a month ago. Today, I was told that it would be another 4-5 weeks. Well, there goes this year's dove season.
