It was pretty good. Reservations were easy to make, service was very good. The food was good and cooked perfectly. I wish the shrimp scallop risotto came with more than just 3 shrimp, but still good anyway. Lots of scallops though. The spaghetti bolognese was very good with lots of flavor as well. The lobster bisque was rich and creamy. The restaurant was a little more noisy than I'd have expected for such a nice restaurant so if you're looking for intimate, this isn't the place. But still a nice spot for a night out with your love.
Once you go here, you will never want to go back to Olive Garden. This place serves quality dishes that are full of flavor and are definitely a step above. I have yet to order something that I did not like here. We got the calamari for the table and this time I tried the chicken milanese and the husband got the pasta Brio. My MIL ordered the Scicilian spaghetti and she would not be quiet about how good it was probably said it 6+ times as she was eating it haha. The lasagna is still my favorite, but I try to force myself to branch out each time we go to try something different. Come here and you won't be disappointed with the food!!!
I recently dined here at Brio Italian Grille, and it was a delightful experience! The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Although there was a minor hiccup with my order – they forgot my side of chicken – the manager personally apologized and comped my dish without me even having to mention it. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue left a positive impression on me. Overall, I had a great time, and I would gladly return for another visit.
First time dining at Brio and ordered CHICKEN CAPRESE and lobster bisque. They were both really good. The food was fresh. The only negative I would say is I was actually expecting lobster in the soup. There were very very small traces not actually pieces of lobster but it was flavorful. The atmosphere is much like an Italian bistro in Italy it was nice. All the people were friendly, hostess, waitress, management and service was good too. It's a bit pricey, for the plate of food, soup and a lemonade came out to about to $50 just for myself.
My son picked to celebrate his 9th birthday here and we came around 330pm. Service was really fast since we beat the rush. I ordered the Pasta Brio and my son has his favorite Chicken Alfredo. I would have wanted my pasta to be a lil spicy since it said red peppers but it was fine.Food: 4/5
This was my first time dining at the restaurant. Today, I really wanted to enjoy some good Italian food and this place hit the spot. As you can see, I decided to go all out with my entree, soup and dessert. Yummy! #TEAMSMILEY
Food took a while to come out, but when It did everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Highly Recommend!Food: 5/5
There are so many choices to eat at the Victoria Gardens complex in Rancho Cucamonga. My father and I enjoy eating Italian food so we chose to visit Brio Italian Grille for Fathers day. We were greeted by the friendly staff and sat promptly. We ordered several different plates including appetizers. My main plate was a little smaller serving than I would like but delicious none the less. My father was very pleased with his soup and pasta dish. We had a great time and will definitely go back to eat there. Thank you very much for the good time.
This was my first visit, I had the Braised Beef Casarecce. The table sourdough bread was excellent, served with butter. My dish was very good…..braised beef, sautéed red peppers, mushrooms and onions, Casarecce pasta, tossed and topped with french fried onions. My only complaint was the pasta was a little dry and I had to add salt. Dessert was tiramisu sorry, no picture, which was very good. Service was OK, but ice tea glasses went empty and not quickly refilled. Dining area was noisy and “oldies” music was unnecessary. Recommended.
Love Brio. I have been around the menu but come back to the chicken lemon...yum! The chicken marsala is delicious. The white peanut sangria is a freshing drink to have while you wait for dinner you arrive. Tried almost every desert, can't go wrong there. I tend to lean towards the tiramisuFood: 5/5
