As a walk in customer who was there three times for short runs of hose and their Phenix AN fittings, every trip has been great. They make sure I'm taken care of, but also let me dig through the fittings and lay out what I need on the table without hawking over me the whole time. Perfect level of customer service every visit and an awesome selection.
As a maintenance tech for a fleet of over 50 forklifts, these are my go to guys. Don't let the other reviews fool you. I have done over $10k in business with these guys and had 1 hose problem. Caused from my own improper measurement so I don't know what these people are talking about. I'm always in and out very quick. Friendly staff. Great at customer service. Great cutom bent hard lines and everything else I've ever got from them. They also have made ALL of my custom lines for my personal 2013 Mustang GT road course car.

Had to have sales manager Bruce come to our plant to resolve a issue. Shows up wearing a old unbuttoned polo shirt. He had body odor so bad it made our receptionist ill no lie. He was no help and his personality was as pungent as his cigarette breath...totally unprofessional! Now doing business elsewhere.
