Went here yesterday to get a full car detail. This service is a $250 service. For that price and after 3 hrs, I expect the car to come back squeaky clean. However when I came back to inspect the car I had to ask the gentleman to clean a couple areas on the body and the inside. The worst is when I checked the rims of the car they were still dirty and when I asked why weren't they cleaned he said to clean the inside it was an extra charge?!! I couldn't believe it!! I asked him to clean the visible parts but even after he "cleaned it" they were still dirty see attached photos. I am highly dissatisfied especially for the price I paid I feel as if I got completely ripped off. Cleaning the rims that are CLEARLY STILL DIRTY should be included in a FULL CAR DETAIL! This is ridiculous, I'm not coming back here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am sure I could find a better place with much better pricing.

Awesome experience & Great service. I have my new 2022 Hyundai Palisade done in a ceramic coating that was referred by their manager Sam. I got a lot of compliments from different people about how amazing my new car looks. Its white ana d shows a perfect shiny look. I just can't say enough about the great service that I received. We just got out of this place and we got the manager special which cost 40 dollars and this special had everything included detailing wax air freshener and so on so to start off there machine to wash the cars it wasn’t working so they were using a water hose then my husband and I thought okay so we will be here about an hour …20 min past by and our car was so called ready to our surprise our car wasn’t ready we had to ask the person that detailed our car to clean things he missed and to our surprise the trunk wasn’t vacuumed the rims still had dust there were water marks in the windows and the inside was still dirty it’s observed that instead of them doing it right in the first place they wait for costumers to get upset they lost our keys the manager gave us attitude .. you name it  I wouldn’t recommend anyone here the workers here just want to fight you and talk smack  in Spanish thinking you don’t understand what they’re  saying over all bad service bad job on cars and it’s going to be overwhelming if you come hereServices:&nbsp;Car waxing

I bring multiple work cars here every few weeks to get washed, but will never be returning after my visit today. When I put a key on the hood of my car & tell you it is there....that is not an invitation to launch it off the car & run over it. I also shouldn't need to wait 40 minutes before I find out that's what happened. Don't waste your money or time, just go elsewhere.

Everyone was friendly and helpful.  The price and performance was exceptional.  My car was beautifully clean and smelled great. Plus it is great that it is just down the street from my house

The massage chairs weren't working today.  So I decided to sit outside.  Nice timing as a couple was being arrested by a load of cops with guns drawn.  My car is also clean and smells great.

Quick service. Was in and out in under 30 min. Wash was good. Interior clean. Air freshener was potent. Only issue is the pricing. $32 for car wash is a bit high. For that price I might as well call detail guy that will come to house for 25 or 30. Saves me time and effort. But overall good car wash spot.

I've been here couple times already, and the service has been good. I always get the 28 dollar wash and sometimes I get the spray wax for 5 more bucks. Over all ill give it a 4 star, but today it deserved a 2 star. After I got my truck back, I didnt do the loop around my car as usual to verify that everytjing was clean; I trusted these guys too much today. I stopped at the store to buy something and when I came back I notice the driver side door were dirty from the middle down. Ill upload pictures so you guys can see what I am talking about. They have been doing good until today, I was thinking on bring it later on for the interior detailing but after this I thinnk ill try a differnt place.

This is honestly my favorite car wash in So Cal. They always take their time, vacuum my car, hand dry it, and make it smell good. I'm always bummed when there's a long line or I am out of town and have to go elsewhere. This is the only wash where my car comes out without still having dirt and grime stuck to it.  Thanks for being great!

I always go for the Manager's Special for $35  Ultimate Wash worth $28 + Spray wax worth $10. Signed up for the Fivestars rewards program so from time to time I get promotional offers of 30% off $25 worth of service. Plus, it earns points that I could use in the future.  I particularly like that it's a hand wash service. My car's paint always gets swirl and scratch marks whenever I go to the express car washes.  The hardworking people at this place deserves a good round of applause. Thank you for the good job you always do keeping our vehicles nice and clean.
