If you've ever wanted to overpay for a horrible wash/products you don't receive, and laughed at by staff who can't bother to stop their conversations to help you, come here. There are gas station car washes that blow this "car wash" out of the water". I would not be surprised if the 1k+ 5 star reviews are from bribes and bots.
My car was in need of a car wash and being that I have white rims I wash before I go to any car wash if I have the chance to pre-wash so anyways I pay for the most expensive watch the offer to take very good care of my car and wanted to have it looking nice. I thought I took the whole package like I have any other place once the wash was over all the vacuum spot refilled and they wanted me to continue doing laps around the lot until a spot opened up. I did about to laps and being that I live close by I figured forget it I’ll just go home and vacuum it so I get home I live less than a mile away and once I get out of my car, the first thing I notice is my rings are no longer white. They are now covered with like a black grease or something like that so I instantly start trying to clean them off or wipe it off and notice it’s not coming off and I get as much of it as i can off put, my rims are now stained so I called them up. They tell me to go back. So I do and they tell me that it does that with these kind of wheels I didn’t mention that it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time because it’s not posted anywhere I’m not paying for it to get like that so eventually after I wouldn’t take no for an answer, the I guess manager at the time took my report and said the owner would call me. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard from them at all so not only are they liars they don’t care about anybody else is property they just want your money and after that didn’t care, they are aware of the damage the machines can do and we’re not notify you a warning they do not have anything posted The worst experience I’ve ever had any car wash place. Definitely will not go. There were definitely would not recommend anybody going there. Unless you want damage to your vehicle or unless you want to drive laps around the lot just a vacuum your car

There's no better place for you where you can pay little money, and the convenience of a fast drive thru $5 car wash. Because not even their top offered service can give you the satisfaction of getting a good car wash service experience. but sometimes that extra little money somewhere else could give you extra care, attention, respect and better service. I came to do a wash on my car and parked on the blue zone, my kid's helped me out with the vacuuming as I not able to do it and tge vacuum hose had a lot of dirt and trash and ended up on the top of tge car, I asked the attendees if there was something he could do to help me out or to pass tge car again to get it cleaned up and his response was that THE VACUUMS ARE FREE AND THAT NO ONE ELSE PASS THE HOSES ON TOP OF THEIR CARS AND IT WASN'T THE CARWASH STATION RESPONSIBILITY OR FAULT. well I don't think I got a good service at all. So ended up gong back the same way I left in the first place. Very bad experience. But we'll if you want just to Dust off your car come to this places. Good luck.
Wash my vehicle here. It was good. Vacuum cleaners work well for the type of wash it was. I don't have any complaints
I recommend this place , reasonable monthly prices for membership, I have been a customer with them for a year since I moved here in Santa Ana, California from Colorado. The owner and his employees are so friendly people and hard workers. Just a little message to customers, on weekends when you finish car wash place don't park your car for more than 10 mins to dry it and clean everything inside and starting waxing shinning wheels, just vacuum it, and you can park in an open field that's located in front of the exit and do whatever you wanna do for 30mins-1hour, because remember there are people behind you waiting to vacuum their cars so they can head to work. The price is okay. It's a quick in and out type of car wash. It has the option to pay with cash or credit card. Unfortunately, if your car is extremely dirty, it will not wash properly. After the wash, you go and park in a stall to vacuum. It was very busy and the vacuum didn't work very well. Also, I had gotten the packet with a towel included and the person cleaning was very rude when I asked her for it.
It's a decent carwash. Low prices but it can be very busy at times. Avoid the weekends. Super busy on weekends.
I came by on a trip to OC from Riverside& this is still my old time favorite carwash now with a couple upgrades and cool bundles! I got the 12 dollar bundle wash and got a free car freshner, microfiber towel and a free dashboard wipe to clean n polish my dash I thought that was pretty cute and cool how the brand and seal it up in a plastic baggie. I had a great experience once again!
I have been washing every month here for more than 5 years and I want to say, this place is great. With $5 you get really good quality carwash. After washing the car you can use the vacuum to clean inside your car. If you go after pick time you will have more time to vacuum inside your car without rushing. I checked different carwash but with this price Santa Ana Express is the one of top in OC. If you want to pay a little bit more you can get more services. Normally I do not use them because the basic one is enough for me.
