A doula provides support to moms and dads through pregnancy, birth, and after. My goal is to help you achieve the birth you want.
My goal as a doula is to help parents achieve the birth they want. Whether you give birth naturally, or know you want an epidural, I will be here to support you physically and mentally. My job is also to make sure you have the information you need to make an informed decision. I do not, however, perform any medical tasks such as taking blood pressure or fetal heart rate monitoring.
Birth is a natural process and an important part of the journey to parenthood.
