If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. The lack of empathy, care, and organization is absolutely sickening. Beware, those looking for healthcare because you won't find it here. I have had several very negative experiences here. If you need to get in contact with anyone it is nearly impossible. It took this place an entire year to get me a referral for a serious health issue in the past. Recently, I have had to advocate for my family member's health, to which they have turned me away and refused to help me. You can see very clearly that the employees do not care about patients. In fact, the majority of them do not. There are a few of them that are great, but unfortunately those are far and few between. When it comes to the health of our loved ones, we will not allow mistreatment to continue in this manner.
Super slow services. Long wait times. Uninformed staff and unhelpful appointments. Most of my family goes here and we have all had bad individual experiences. I went in to get a common vaccine and not a single person knew what the vaccine was. And a doctor once told my grandfather there was no point in doing diagnostic testing for his problems as he was old and not worth treating. My grandmother had a heart condition that went undiagnosed by her doctor here. A mistake her surgeon said could have killed her. Some of the staff is nice and does whatever they can to help but it hardly makes up for all the terrible experiences you have to go through to find them.
Brockton neighborhood health Center Does what it’s supposed to do, nothing spectacular, nothing subpar. It’s the employees that make or break the experience. I spoke to an employee twice today; nothing went wrong, just two separate phone calls. Firstly the receptionist I could barely hear, mostly because there was someone else speaking very loudly beside her throughout the entire phone call, but also because she was giggling & finishing a conversation in between ours. The second person, I remembered her name. She was the polar opposite of the first: polite, professional, thoughtful & to be honest she just sounded sweet. So Nurse Katie, keep up the good work. If that’s your bedside manner you’d make a lovely doctor but we all know nurses do the real work anyway.
BNHC clinical secretaryStefano treated my mom with such disrespectful behavior and no professional skills or manners. A simple appointment took us almost four hours and nobody had any sense or information what was going on. Please if you have a choice go somewhere else. They simple don’t care, no compassion when comes to patient care.
When I finally got in to dentist, the people out back doctor k, assistants are awesome! Since covid, I'm told I have to call to get in again, no call,backs, I go in person I was told go home to call.After I explained this but she wasn't hearing me on 2nd fl.again I am calling left messages no callbacks, I was trying g o schedule before tooth was in pain, now it broke, now fillings out, there still not calling back. I have been Trying other dentists, Noone takes masshealth!and I don't want to go anywhere else because I never had such a great dentist where I don't even feel the novacaine needle, he knows what he is doing, kind, assistants are as well.but again I'm trying to get back in, now I'm in some pain and I can take alot! One time some whitrwoman in there around beginning of covid w glasses I cannot recall who, I had been going through some trauma in my life, she cleaned my teeth was extremely rough with me, which was odd, because I do not ever complain, or give anyone a hardtime, I'm respectful to others, she wrapped everything in plastic she was crazy, I never ever want to get anything from her at all, and pray she is not there, she called me mrs.roper?? Not even close.its rsken me couple years to finally say or post anything
Honestly this place is very unprofessional that I don’t even know where to begin. Someone I was with was seeing a triage nurse and the triage nurse is doing the vital signs in the middle of the freaking waiting room , because apparently they don’t have an actual triage room so everybody’s all up in your business. Whether it’s a blood pressure or not no one should be knowing your business especially in the waiting room. And then you have a appointment scheduled for 2 PM and it’s 4 PM and you’re still here I would never recommend anyone coming here. Not only that but the receptionists that are checking in the patients are yelling all the patient’s information across the room like this place is very unprofessional. The lack of professionalism and empathy here is crazy. And not to forget to mention they all have attitudes there. When you ask a question no one knows anything or they purposely ignore you. The Cape Verdean females who work they constantly violate the HIPPA policy, they’re always telling someone’s business. And half of the MA’s there need to be retrained. I can continue on and on about all the things I saw in this place that were just wrong. And as a medical professional it’s sad to see that this is how this place runs.
Terrible experience had to change my doctor right after my visit. My dr was putting their beliefs on me and acting condescending. Called me reckless and treated me like I was less than Very unprofessional experience with this place do not be in healthcare if your not ready to accept all religions and backgrounds of different people, we are all not the same .
If I could 0 stars, I would. Very unprofessional, and unethical. They don’t care about the health of their patients. Nurse Practitioner ROBERTA FINN, is extremely disrespectful and incompetent. She should not be working in healthcare as she is a danger to the patients. The fact that she would try to belittle a stroke patient and attempt a turn a patient in need away is unacceptable. This place should be shut down!
It's great to have the Brockton Healthcare right in your neighborhood however, when you call to speak to a person you've to wait and wait and wait I just think there has to be a better system put in place and not all have access to a internet so, until then this long waiting period is what causes you to go to the Brockton Hospital instead .
Absolutely the worst run Neighborhood Healthcare Center I've had to use.... Bowdoin Street, Dimmock, Codman Square, Uphams Corner .....this has been the worst.....Harvard Street...etc
