Natural Health Supplements

WARNING Items that have expired in 2016 are still on the shelf and being sold!!! Do Not Purchase any items from This location. I went into this establishment for the first time yesterday. I was extremely excited to find a place in Brockton that sells the herbs I take regularly. I purchased herb pharm products blue vervain , mullein, and yellow dock. Upon opening the mullein I instantly noticed a the black residue build up around the bottle. I took a closer look on the bottle and to my surprise the mullein expired in 2016!!! I called herb pharms and asked them why the other item didn’t have an expiration date they informed that those particular herbs should have an expiration date it’s possible those are expired because from the Description I gave of the packaging they no longer make that packaging. I called natural herb supplements and spoke to Alexandra. She couldn't care less and offered no kind of apology. In fact she was very rude. I’m typically not very petty however today I’ll have time. I love to support small businesses. The customer service was terrible. I will absolutely contact the Department of health I’m sure it will raise reds with someone there since Alexandra didn’t seem the least bit of concerned. Or perhaps consumer affairs or the attorney general along with the mayors office. It’s amazing how far a sincere apology will get you. Not only was this an inconvenience but it could have turned into a health crisis had I taken those herbs that expired in 2016. Either way an apology would have sufficed instead I got a very rude and condescending cashier. Never again!!!!

This has got to be the most fraudulent chiropractor in Brockton.They probably just run up the bill on health insurances. Everything in that store had dust on it and was expired.

Surprisingly a superb little natural health store - they stock my "cell food" supplement which is kinda hard to find...
