I used a self-employed stylist who completely butchered my hair which gave me enough anxiety attacks to last a lifetime. Definitely was not an icy blonde balayage. I called Brodava and they really outdid themselves to correct the horror scene. The staff made things less stressful and helped keep my toddler entertained during the process which is a blessing in disguise for a mom. I wouldn’t ever recommend anywhere else, only Brodava. Never. Again. Nicole absolutely ruined my 8 year old daughter's super curly hair and tried to tell me that the knots she allowed to form during the appointment were there long before our appointment. The picture is one of three knots that had to be cut out of her hair. My gut told me to cancel the appointment and I wish I had.

5 stars! Went in for a haircut the other day. The stylist was really good about asking in detail what I was looking for, and she worked with me to figure out what would look best with my hair type. The haircut itself looks FANTASTIC - and you get a nice scalp massage with the shampoo as well. Everyone was very friendly, and it was easy to book an appointment.
