Broken Arrow Cornerstone Hospit

The care my husband received was excellent from the nurses, aides, PT, OT speech and respiratory therapist. The office staff treated us both with respect. Crystle was wonderful I did however not like nor care for one of the physicians here. He may have been a good doctor but his bedside manner and his communication skills are lacking.

My experiences at Broken Arrow Cornerstone have been most pleasant. The facility is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The Drs., Staff, and even the cleaning employees are approachable, helpful and very capable of doing their jobs well. The care that has been provided for my husband has been very good. I often order meals and they are delivered promptly and are well prepared. I have nothing but good things to say about Cornerstone in Broken Arrow.

This hospital and staff went above and beyond to give my mother the best care they could. The entire staff was simply amazing and they truly cared about the patients! Mom was in a few other hospitals in the last 6 months and hands down this was the best one! Crystle, Melissa, Yolanda, miracle, Robert, Paulo, the RT lady and the wound care lady! You guys have the be mentioned by name. I was up there most all days 3 times a day or all day long! But the times I wasn’t there I had no worry and knew my mother was being cared for! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. You guys will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

The service is good. Staff seems to know what they are doing. Providers are very knowledgeable, food gets boring with same food day in day out. A big thank you to nursing staff for taking care of me to the fullest. Physical therapy has been a encouraging factor pushing me!

Everyone at this hospital has been accommodating! Staff has went out of their way to make me feel safe and at home. Staff has went above and beyond what I expected. Ruby, Kate, Amanda G, Alissa and many more special thanks to you, for your care I feel like they are apart of my family!

Five weeks spent at Cornerstone, as a daily visitor, while my husband was being cared for. There are so many staff members involved who took time to learn preferences, give customized care, and become personally involved in our lives - I don't know where to begin in showing my gratitude to each of you! Thanks to every one the professionals involved with coordinating his care & quick referral to an out of state specialist. If you or your loved one are in need of an LTAC, I highly recommend Cornerstone.

Julie the RT has been extremely supportive and patient throughout my difficult time. Getting use to the different types of high flow and normal flow cannulas can be very confusing to the patient. She seems to be able to explain something that a patient is having difficulty understanding and make the patient feel safe and not Afraid of what happens next. She can also climb like an ninja between wires, cables and extremely tight spaces. Audra the RT or Tech is extremely meticulous doing anything she is assigned. She has a work ethic I only wish I had. Sara the RT has a lot of empathy towards her patients and always has a smile in her face.

My family and I can not be more pleased with the care of the Cornerstone Broken Arrow experience. With the rough road of my dad’s illnesses, they provided exceptional, compassionate, and attentive care. They have addressed any and all concerns for our family. The food is also great!

My dad was at Cornerstone for almost a month. We really got to know the staff and the operations. They were wonderful. They were respectful, professional, kind, sympathetic. I never worried about how he was treated when we weren’t there. I highly recommend Cornerstone.

We was there after a lengthy stay at the hospital with my husband, who had 2 aortic aneurysms. The staff and everyone there was very kind and courteous. They made sure he was comfortable and answered all our questions. Worked with us and all in all the experience was a delight even tho the reason we were there was critical. Would recommend everyone to go there!
