Brookberry park apartment is very well located. It has best walking area as it connects to muddy creek. Good amenities. It's needs some small improvements to make it best.
I loved my experience living at Brookberry Park! If I hadn’t relocated due to a promotion I would have stayed here longer. Spacious apartments, beautifully maintained grounds, and friendly staff. Maintenance was always quick to resolve any issues I had. My cat loved the windows too!
Have rented from Brookberry Park for 4.5 years one bedroom, and am transferring lease to a three bedroom in the complex. Honestly, this has been the best apartment I've ever rented from, and I could not recommend Brookberry Park enough. The office staff is wonderful and super flexible; maintenance team is fast; units are beautiful; and the nearby hiking trail is my favorite amenity offered.
Amenities are declining here. Pet poop pick up policy, but no bags offered as most stations have been empty for weeks. Pool is shut down during the hottest time of the season with no projection of reopening. Climate control in gym not functioning properly as temperature set point is at 68, but ambient temp is reading 80 degrees on the controller.
The staff has been the most courteous and helpful that we have come across. We have had to move from city to city due to work and we truly believe no staff was better than those from Brookberry Park apartments. My move-in process was very easy and smooth. The community pool and fitness center has been a major plus. The apartment is CLEAN and SPACIOUS and we couldn't be more happier. Any work requests are promptly filled. They also provide a trash pick up service which is very nice because we have three kids and you know what that means. Very peaceful community with all the amenities you need.
I found this place in my apartment hunt and I am so glad I did! I love the neighborhood, the staff, and the area. The pool is great and has a grill area, which is great when you want to grill out then enjoy the pool afterwards. I have only had two minor issues where I needed to call maintenance and they responded SO FAST! I do not have a dog but I know several people who live here that do and they say it is great to walk their dog in. Highly recommend this apartment complex!
We're just about to end our one year lease on the three bedroom first floor apartment and we've really enjoyed the complex. The three bedroom is pretty spacious in all areas, the appliances worked well, and our neighbors have been super friendly. I have yet to meet someone I don't like. I've also been pleased with the professionalism of the staff; they've been very proactive when we needed them. The reason we're moving out is because we'd like to rent a house we're a young family and would like some room to grow. I will say that the one thing that caught me by surprise was the significant bump in rental rates should we have chosen to renew. Right now we pay $1095, a one year renewal was going to be closer to $1350. All things considered, this is a really great place if you're new to the area and want a comfortable place while you look for the perfect place. Also, if you're a dog person, you will be in good company. Sometimes I think we're the only people without a dog! Don't worry, I've only come across dog poop in the grassy areas once in the last year, and my son and I go out and play most evenings. The dog owners are all pretty considerate and it's been fun seeing all the different types of dogs out for a walk.
This is a great property with lots of value and a great staff! I work for Corporate Accommodations and we trust Brookberry Park Apartments with our clients!
I paid two applicant fees , bad website application every time I tried to submit my application , give me an error, most of the time you calling the office rarely they answer, and after that they refused your application after 16 days dealing with them what a waste of time for me
The Brookberry Park Apartments was our home for three years. From the moment we met with on -site personnel, to signing a lease, to the day we handed over our keys when we moved out - it was a FANTASTIC experience!! The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and exceeded all expectations in the area of customer service and commitment to excellence. The apartments are more than spacious, the common areas are well maintained, the maintenance staff is fast to resolve any reported issues which were far and few between, and the neighbors are neighborly. A Winston-Salem Police Department Courtesy Officer is on-site, not that there was ever a need as the apartment complex is pretty safe all things considered. It is conveniently located to most everything and the commute is relatively easy. We recommend anyone who is looking for an issue free rental experience to give Brookberry Park Apartments a try. You won’t be disappointed.
