Excellent experience, responsible dog owners, lots of dogs, and a big old grand space for your pooch to run free. Water is available on site, at least during summer months. Dog-friendliness: Dogs of all ages, size and shapes, but all well behaved. Responsible dog owners for the most part, have never seen a problem. If you have treats good to ask a dog owner before offering to their dog, in case of special dietary needs.
The best dog park in the area! It is so big and spacious and the small dog area as well as the big dog area have time-out areas, water dispensers, some agility structures, poop bags, and benches for people to relax and watch their dogs. As a regular I have noticed that the best times to go if you are a little nervous about bringing your dog are morning times during weekdays, or early afternoons during weekdays as well. Weekends tend to be a little hectic and you are more likely to encounter owners on their phones and not being as attentive to their dogs. If possible do not bring your own dog toys as some dogs might be possessive and it might create aggressiveness. But if you don’t mind about leaving the toy there then all the dogs can enjoy to play with it! Great experiences ant the park and the people that we have encountered are lovely!
Brought our dog "Beloved" here on his 2nd birthday and there was so much space for his to run around, it was clean and very secure. The trees all around make it nice and shady on a hot day. Dog-friendliness: Friendly dogs and owners.
I took my dog here and it has water fountains with bowls for the poo he's, climbing gyms for the dogs and a large gated area for the dogs to run around in and benches for the pet owners Your dog will love it! Playground: There is a playground for kids Dog-friendliness: Your dog will love the park and the openness
Plenty of walking areas and open spaces that are well-maintained with car-width paths. Garbage cans, benches and portapotties nicely placed throughout. Bring your own water though as fountains don't seem to be reliable or well maintained. Be aware that walkers, runners and strollers are often sharing the same path. Unleashed dogs are only allowed in the enclosed dog playing area. The children's playground and track are not far off across the street.
Best dog park in the area! Both the small and large dog areas have tons of room, plus water fountains, agility equipment esp. in the large dog area, lots of benches, and other nice amenities. The abundance of trees make it one of the prettier dog parks around, and a great place to bring your pooch on a hot day! Gets a very friendly and, for the most part, responsible crowd.
Was visiting from out of town. Beautiful and well equipped facility. However, some of the owners were very inattentive and entitled. There were several fights with owners not moving an inch to intervene. One queen of the park type kept blaming others while sitting on the bench never grabbing her dog , and another dude straight up said he wasn't going to do anything because he decided to bring his kid to the park knowing full well his dog was aggressive and said he wouldn't do anything because he had to watch his child. Everyone else was chill and attentive for the most part. Just be extra careful when going.
Large park. Very clean. Good vibes. Excellent playground. Very safe.
It's a good park for all family activities. weather you are a runner, dog lover, what's to bring the kids to a playground of what sports facilities, it's all there. The dog park in spacious and has amenities like water, bags and obstacle courses for the dogs.
Nice park with separate area for big and small dogs. Water fountains on both sides of each area. Loved it and will definitely go back.
