Well presented place. Conveniently located, friendly professionals. Someone commented on rodents. If you don't store food, you won't have rodents. I saw no evidence of pests. Great job by the staff.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookhaven Storage! Their customer service is above and beyond any I have experienced in any industry lately. The owners went out of their way to accommodate my ever changing storage needs and were a delight to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone with short or long term storage needs in the Brookhaven area. They're the best!

The folks at Brookhaven storage are the BEST! They made is so easy to get a unit and have been very attentive to my needs. I needed some help today that is typically out of their scope of work. I wish I looked here before I rented a unit at this facility. I had dozen of boxes destroyed by water. Was given the name of the owner Bill Donovan and his email FYI email Doesn't work He never responded. Insurance? Never heard about it. They wouldn't even give me a refund for the months I had my stuff there. Told me it was my responsibility to check and make sure there were no leaks! Awful place, awful people.
Worst place ever!!!!! Store my mothers personal belongings and furniture there after she passes away. A lot of sentimental value and expensive antiques/rugs. I went tp pick all of it up and there was water damage to a bunch of stuff. Management said they had the roof replaced/repaired 8 months prios and it was leaking. Management said not to worry, they would reimburse me. I had professional appraisals done and submitted them. They now will not respond. Dozens of calls and emails. I am now going to place a lawsuit against them.
I have used their services for 2 years now and feel, rest assured, with their professionalisn joined by surveillance my items are safe! Awesome place! Thanks guys, especially Jeff, for being such a gem!
Staff was wonderful, facility was clean, climate controlled, no moisture. We had items stored there for 6 months and everything was fine. If needed I would use them again.
Annette and her husband super friendly and helpful. Very fair prices and clean property.
