Moving can be A LOT, but moving with Space Shop U-Haul Rental was seamless! Garry and Ricardo got us checked in and out smoothly with patience and great customer service!
It is good while you are their customer, but do not put it on auto pay. It has been 2 months since I vacated my unit, and I am still being charged monthly. I ended up changing my credit card number to get rid of future drafts. I called multiple times, all ending up with promises of fix and refunds, but nothing happened. There are many more storage locations in the vicinity, I strongly suggest using them.
Agent Cory Forest was wonderful and very knowledgeable about rental spaces. He took the time to show me all options of storage units to choose from. Also his colleague Cecil Wood was extremely nice and offered to assist me if Cory wasn't available. The facility was clean and smelled good! Would recommend renting from this location. Great customer service!
We've had two different units over 10 years. The staff was helpful when we needed to move into a larger unit, and they are helpful and knowledgeable when we've needed to rent trucks or had other questions. In times of trouble, such as power outages, they're responsive and patient. We recommend this facility.
Susan & Cecil are super helpful people and went above and beyond to solve my issues with my logistical situation. Their expertise in recommending which boxes were exactly what I needed for my business. Highly recommend thank you both very much!!!
This location also rents U-Haul and moving equipment. They don’t have the items reserved available so no moving pads or furniture dolly or appliance hand trucks. No call to let me know I’m advance. Hard to move without the equipment you reserved and need. And on the stressful day of a move. Why have a reservation if you can’t provide the service and if you can’t an advance warning would be expected. Poor management of resources and service.
I was in a bind and Cory went out of his way to make sure I got everything straightened out. Thank you Cory. I appreciate your kindness. Lovely facility

Sandra was the best! Came in for a parking spot and a unit. Was provided with great information and walked out with exactly what I needed. She was professional and polite even while dealing with multiple customers. Thanks Space Shop
I originally had a storage at Public Storage which I had to cancel because of the service and accessibility. Lisa and Cameron were so very helpful today while getting my storage unit and yesterday getting my uhaul. The friendliest and most helpful people you will find. Thank you for your help with my move :
