This precinct does not regard the safety of those who live in the area they serve. I previously brought this up to them about cars parked on 57 St. near Ft Hamilton Ave without registration and NO license plates - front and back. The “detective” who picked up the phone said “it’s not our problem” - call 311 and report it: so I should tell Sanitation department to pick up this “abandoned trash” I thought cars have to be towed - not something sanitation workers can haul away! I thought tow trucks are operated by NYPD NOT Sanitation. Also consider recent activities like what happened on the Brooklyn subway. Don’t you think you should take a civilian’s comment seriously?!?!? This morning 6/9/22 10:30 am after alternate side cleaning was done: two cars are parked without license plates both front and back I recognize the Toyota Sienna who seems to park the vehicle regularly in this area. You guys really need to send some patrols over regularly. This is absurd: God forbid these cars are involved in criminal activities and / or hit an innocent pedestrian or driver. Your precinct should be ashamed of your lack of response to my requests in the past and disregarding the safety of those who live in this area!
Nice place, transport vehicles are spacious, but the room service was not the best. I would definitely bring my own food along next time.
They were very gentle when they handcuffed me, and their patrol vehicles are very roomy and comfortable They open the door for you And give you a quick massage before entering the vehicle Overall very professional Highly recommend
Aug 1, we had parking issue in brooklyn, but we are so lucky met 2 policemen, I can tell they are crazy buzy, but they are so kind and patient to help us to solve the problem. thank you very much ny police. and keep safe.
I love our police force! They keep our streets safe. The staff is professional.
An officers from the 66TH pct pretty much lie to their boss just to be malicious . Make sure you film cops when having a conversation with them so they won't lie
My employee and his family were shattered after some thief walked off with his expensive motorbike costed him over 2 weeks of wages. The NYPD 66th Precinct helped return it just a few hours after making a police report. Officer Richard B., Bedford and your colleagues, you didn't just return the bike, you gave back life to this poor family. We solute and thank all officers and the 66th Precinct for protecting our neighborhood!
I had to go pick up a Report for my Insurance Claim and had no issues. The officer took down my Plate and had me wait a few mins while he got me a printout. I Appreciate you Officer Brown.
The most ineffective, non-caring precinct in nyc. I really want to support the nypd, but they make it impossible.
7/11 was a terrible day. I called the police twice, and each time the waiting time was about 3 hours on average, which requires you to keep calling them to tell them that you need to see the police. I can't remember how many times I repeated my story and address today. At the time of the storm tonight, I asked them if I could get on the car and report. The male officer said no. When I kept asking whyfemale police officers said they have rule“don't allow women to sit in the back of police cars. ” but I still don't understand why is womenThe reporting process made me feel more like a criminal than a victim. I was out in the rain and they were in the car. The male policeman was very rude to me. When I finished the report, I asked again if I could be taken to my officeMy office is located 5 blocks + 2 avenues away. They refused again. And told me I could walk through it, in the pouring rain...
