Staff were so polite and this location is definitely bigger then others I've visited. Unfortunately they didn't carry the shirts my partner likes which were the Madison they had the same colors nothing new. The regents do not fit the same and they def had more options.

Employees were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Found everything I was looking for, and what they didn't have at the store, was shipped to my house at no extra charge and arrived only a day or two later. The quality of Brooks Brothers garments is well proven and before you try to save money ordering something online, scan the brooks brothers site which is a little more expensive but worlds better in terms of craftsmanship and durability. Wash the shirt and it won't shrink 2 sizes! Love this store.

I loved my experience at Brooks Brothers so much. Shout out to Diane who was incredibly helpful and patient with fitting me for two suits. A secret tip, that's not secret, is to sign up for the credit card and you'll get such a good discount. I can't wait to wear these suits out!

A very robust selection of shirt, with the regular stock covering all bases in terms of styles and sizes. A big clearance section too, with the shirts priced in low $40s. Suits and haberdashery prices are less compelling, but solid deals are still abound. The staff is helpful and readily assisted me in taking measurements and locating proper sizes.

This is a nice size factory store with much better pricing. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I was visiting Atlantic City and did some shopping. Met George and he assisted me very well. He will be in DC soon helping out with the Brooks Brothers store on Conn. Ave NW!! He is an awesome manager. He will be soon managing the Brooks Brothers in Philly. Tammy assisted with my purchase. She was very friendly and answered all questions respectfully. Awesome store at a awesome location.

Besides the shirts which we bought, I also bought a jacket that was 50% marked down. However, the security attachment was not taken off and I had to make a trip back to get the same removed. taking it to another store near by would have given an impression of a shop lifter. So had to ask my daughter to make the 30 minute drive to get it off. Fortunately, she was able to adjust her schedule to accommodate the 1 hour + trip. The agent was apologetic but that's it. I believe it is common to compensate your customer if such inconvenience does occur. Am I right from the service point of view!

NOBODY CARES! WALKED THE STORE FOR 15 MIN AND NO ONE WORKING THERE ASKED ME WHETHER I NEEDED HELP ETC. I JUST WALKED OUT WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ANYONE. STORE WAS NOT BUSY. ONLY THREE OR FOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. DAY BEFORE XMAS, GO FIGURE??
