I didn’t find the watch that im looking. They have great selections of bags and shoes with great price.
Great selection. Great staff. If you take your time you can intricately work your way through the store and find exactly what you're looking for. Sometimes ask because they do have some items in the back that they only have one left of and it may be the item you are looking for. Purchases at the register were easy. They verify everything and they give you a brand new bag and a bag of carry it out it.
The experience we had was more than exceptional from associates to management! Top Tier! We were looking for a limited edition bag to purchase a for our mom and got very lucky they had them! They also had it at 70% off!! An amazing steal! We mentioned to our sales associate, we received an email with 25% at the store, she told us that this didn’t include the outlets and to speak to the manager. The manger’s name was Rosie who greeted us with a smile! We mentioned the email we received from Michael Kors and she did confirm this only applies to the main stores and not the outlet. Rosie did offer us 15% off if we were to purchase $250 in the store. Which we ended up with two bags and a pouch! We bought more than expected! She was so pleasant always with a smile and interest in customer interaction always a plus! It’s been a while since we encountered such a positive vibe! Thank you all the associates and Rosie for all your help!
I went there to get a gift for my grandma and we got an unbelievable price.
I hated the attitude of most of the staff. This is Michael Kors not Christian Dior they acted as if I don't belong shopping there. I was also seriously offended that they didn't not even off a Veterans discount, even though all other shops in the mall do. At this point vet discounts should be a national norm. Also respect and appreciation for every customer is also completely necessary.. the staff had almost ZERO knowledge about neither the products they sell nor the company they represent. I will not be visiting again. I only bought the bag because it was a request from my girl and her birthday is tomorrow.. lol I swear I wanted to leave without purchasing anything. Plenty of other stores sell handbags. Bye
Between Christina, Rosie, Cynthia, and Nic- I was introduced to one of the most professional management staffs I’ve ever come across in my time doing retail security. The love, passion, and enthusiasm behind their job is truly something to be admired. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism towards other employees and customers alike- throughout my 16 hour Black Friday shift. The employees at this establishment were so sweet and caring, that they insisted I took breaks as needed- and frequently refused to let me continue my shift without eating/sitting down. Please, if you’re looking for a steal on the Atlantic City Strip for your self or your significant other- don’t just consider the Michael Kors Outlet... make a point to stop in and see what these ladies and gentlemen have to offer. Because you’re not just getting a luxury brand- you’re getting luxury service. Christina- any time you need anything within the realm of security, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the company or myself... because I absolute can not wait to work here again with you lovely ladies and gentlemen. Thanks a lot to Darlene, Johnathan, Sylvia, Jordan, Kira, Mary, and all the lovely staff that made my time at the Michael Kors Outlet in Atlantic City so special. 5/5 stars 10/10 A+ would recommend to both customers and potential employees.
Excellent sales were pointed out that i was not aware of by the salesman They were not pushy but were very courteous. Jordan was exceptional. I love the items i bought. I really appreciate his friendlinees, advice and gentle suggestions when things didnt look good. It made me totally comfortable and Both salesmen were patient when my card played up.
Bought a couple of bags, and a watch on this store. The beautiful staff who assisted me is so accommodating to adjust the watch strap that I bought there as a travel gift for my mom back home. She asked for a photo of my mother so that she can estimate her measurement. I just showed her a photo of my mom, and she adjusted it perfectly for her wrist.
