Don't go here. Dr. LYONS is a caring Dr and the best one there but Trish is offensive and could give a hoot. Dr. Brooke's is way too old and takes forever on his appointments. I'm a good patient, I show up, I'm always clean and I do well.  I love Lyons but Trish is horrible and Dr. Brooke's is just super slow. I didn't like Trish but I tolerated her because she was quick.

I have been going here many years. Yes the wait has been long and it has taken all day to see my doc and get my meds. He also found my cancer, helped my back, and genuinely care. Now I see Sarah and I absolutely LOVE her. She is amazing too! See listens and does not just give me meds to be on my way. She listens when I say something is wrong and she not only listens, examines, and treats, she believes! The nurse staff are also amazing! If you treat them with respect you will get it back! They are very nice to me and always have been! Thank You, Amanda

If you want the senior members of your family to be treated with respect, don't send them here.  If you want your doctor to listen to your needs and help you, don't go here.  They will mess up your billing, lie about their mistake.  They wouldn't allow a 76 year old sick woman to receive care because she was $10 short on her co-payment.  They didn't tell her in advance that they wanted this payment and turned her away on the coldest day of the year without treatment.  The head doctor was too afraid to help with the situation because he is older and relies on the younger doctors to pay his bills.  They treated us for ten year but when I complained about how they treated my mother they refused me care and wouldn't give me papers needed for physical therapy.  now I suffer in pain.  Doctors are suppose to do no harm but these put their political and personal wants before your needs.  Although these doctors have treated my family for over ten years they don't care about your personal care just the money they can bill your insurance. Dr Brooks and associates has billed my insurance for many years for my health problem now he says that he is a trump supporter and I am not sick.  When I asked him about the test results that verify my illness that he has been using for many years to treat my illness and bill my insurance he fell quite.   If I have never been ill then why has he been billing my insurance for over 10 years?   Why won't he give me the paperwork needed for my physical therapy?

never thought a doctor who taken the Hippocratic oath to do no harm would send a patient away by discharging them at what would clearly be seen by any other doctor as a crucial moment in their life which needed be immediate addressed. Take whatever stance you want I was still a patients here for years and you discharge me without so much of a direction of where to go next to help fix what they thought I had an issue with.  pathetic of a doctor, they did a decent job for be a D list doctors office been when they discharge you when your sick with no direction, well I don't believe they deserve a single government dollar Ley alone your dollars to treat this countries citizen

I was assigned this place by my insurance. Love my Doctor, Dr Lyon. I hate how everyone is immediately stereotyped for going here BY THE STAFF. Also hate how unprofessional and overbooked this office is to the point they can barely answer the phone, they are VERY rude not all of them but one lady in particular on the phoneI just got screamed at from a receptionist for asking questions to come up with a solution to my appt THEY rescheduled due to scheduling error Dr. on vacation, leaving me without important medications , never call in my scripts on time and appt scheduling problems. Also is not very clean, which is not a good look for a medical facility. I understand a lot of pill seekers come to this place but I do not appreciate being stereotyped and treated as such. I feel very disrespected by a member of staff at my doctor's office--a place that you go to for care. If it weren't for my doctor being good I would have left a long time ago. Probably still will :/

Been going to dr lyon for 30 years. Just found out today that he's gone and there's no info on him. Now I don't even know who my primary care dr is. I wasn't even notified! Dose anyone have any info on Lyon? Thanks dr3Lyon?doctor Lyon

Been going here for over 10yrs they have definitely fell off. The staff rude, the wait be long, & the P.A's act like they don't really care about the patients or how to do their jobs properly.

Wish i could give negative stars but let's start with rude need help with something good luck to get a referral month's cant any thing handled in a timely manner messed up a script once said they to wait till next visit it's my health there playing with needed fmla papers to work took weeks this place is a joke all they want to do is push soboxone on people so you have to keep coming back got threatened on 2 separate visits and they do nothing but then get removed for having to many patients then find out that's not the reason your a doctor grow up be honest if you can't tell the truth about the simplest things don't expect to get honesty on your health simply a joke stay away it's dirty nasty might get sick walking in the door brooks is a good man sucks to watch his employees ruin his business. Good luck dr Brooks fire those leeches that think your incompetent that's why i wasn't even able to my own dr they chose to remove me because of another patient on ssi for mental health that's the reality of this situation and my warning to any one that  plans to make a visit if isn't with brooks say nvm or you will regret when they get you physically dependent on something then kick you out

I’ve been calling since Monday to have a doctor call me back, I haven’t received a call back! I have Covid and I’m considered high risk because of my health problems! And they never answer the phone

Dr brooks takes his time and listens to what u have to say...i love this dr its a little wait but well worth it
