My daughter went there today for the first time. The entire experience was really good. Good tech, good doctor, good social worker, good pharmacy person. They are very kind and thorough. This was an answer to prayer.
God bless all the entire staff at hope clinic each and every one of you have the most beautiful hearts they really know how to love people in their time of neeed thank you
Don't go to this clinic. I came to this clinic when I was feeling sick on two occasions. I described my symptoms to the health care provider that saw me. I was told to wait a week for lab test. So I spent a week in pain and the provider called me a week later and said nothing was wrong with me. I explained I still had symptoms and was in pain. The lady responded "well I don't know what to tell you." And kept giving me silent treatment. Then I was sent a bill for lab tests. I had to go somewhere else for a proper diagnosis and treatment. I will not be coming back to this clinic ever again. There are better clinics in the area. Hope Clinic should change it's name to Despair Clinic.Update: I saw this response from the owner trying to suggest I went to a clinic in Westland and not theirs. The reason I went to the one on Harriet is because I lived so close to the clinic I could walk their in 3 minutes.
It's been 13 years since I was here. By them providing free medical care I was able to see a dr, who got an mri scheduled for me. They kept me and did a spinal fusion which allowed me to be able to walk, stay walking and saved me from a lifetime in a bed or wheelchair. Praise God! Changed my whole life direction and walk with God! For the absolute best. God bless you Hope Clinic! Jesus! Thank You!!! I never even thought of this place until now when I'm seeking more help. Thank God for His mercy!
A great place with unlimited ways of help, so grateful to every singe member of this organization.
I’m new too the state and Hope Clinic made me feel like home! I had a lapse in my insurance and need some care for me and my son. Upon arriving I found the staff to be WONDERFUL. Every staff member who approached me was very welcoming and pleasant! From the front desk to the NP. This place was VERY resourceful in every way. I think I’m more appreciative for there organizational “Fresh Farmer Stand”….Thank You Very Much for all that you have done! You have Blessed me in ways more than you will know, you have given me HOPE!
they treat people without respect. i called to come to come to pick up turkey . they said you can come when i drove one hour they said we dont have it. after apointement of one month. i will never go there again.
A beautiful outreach. Pleasant and helpful volunteers. So much to offer those in need. A real blessing.
Hope clinic is by far the most loving environment to walk into. Staff goes above and beyond! Everyone is warm, helpful and experienced. They really love their jobs and it shows! This building provides so much for those in need! My clients rave about the services and how much it has been a blessing to receive.
Although I have only been to the hope center twice for services, each time, I was treated with dignity and respect by all of the volunteers working there. Although I have health insurance, I have no dental coverage. They are fixing my teeth tomorrow, and are going to clean them later on this month. All the staff members were very professional. Normally, I would be embarassed to go to a free clinic like this, but the hospitality they offered me made me get over all of that quickly. They even provided me with groceries. I've been unemployed for the last 1 1/2 years, and they sure help me get by. They have programs like loads of hope- which lets you do laundry there for free, and also a dental and medical clinic. They also provide free meals on Saturdays to anyone who wants them. They truly have given me hope in a time that has been the lowest point in my life. When I get back to work, I will volunteer my time with them, helping them out whenever I am able to. They'll also pray for/with you for whatever you'd like, and after that, my prayers were answered. I highly recommend this center if you need medical services, or if you are a person or company looking to make a donation to a charity, I can't think of any organization more deserving than Hope Center.
