Brookside Park Condominiums

Over all calm neighbors and community. Thankful for the Marshalls for providing the extra security. The cleaning guy made a big difference with daily positive greetings. Towing was enforced very well. However, roaches are a big problem and older building issues like water pipes bursting. Renovations are nice in the unit but could be better on the exterior. The pool is nonfunctional. I recommend more designated dog areas with poo bags.

management are the worst, literally hang up on me 2 times, do not what to help you whatsoever. Go to office and they'll shut door on you saying they can't help, terrible service honestly ....

nice and comfortable apartments. great management. great access to everywhere like national harbor, outlet mall, public transportation, DC, and etc.

Not Safe these Apartments look terriable these are not Condos Laundry Room storage area don't have locks on doors ppl be smoking in Laundry rooms. Swimming Pool nasty dirty raggedy. They put fresh grass and flowers coming into complex to fool ppl!!!! RENTAL OFFICE STAFF Horrible. Signs coming into complex old letters fade...The Apartment bldgings have old Widows not upgraded!!!!

Have owned a condo on this property for years now. The tenants the property attracts are unfavorable because the management company is unfavorable. I believe it has been a concerted effort to gentrify the complex by person related to the management company. At some point they have to come clean. I am in this for the long haul and we see another company that does not include the current regime.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! They are infested with roaches and won’t do anything about it. The Washers and dryers in the basements are always broke and takes them months to repair it. We called an exterminator & he was in and out within 15 seconds and didnt solve any issue we had, we called again and he came and left because the outside door was locked when he couldve just got the key feom the rental office to unlock the outside door so we were charged because our neighboor locked the door when all the rental office does is make a fuss about the outside doors being unlocked all the time. and the roach problem is still not solved. DO NOT MOVE HEREEE!

I've been an owner at Brookside for nearly twenty years. The property's location and access to 495/295/major attractions continues to serve as a primary consideration. I bought as an investment. Value is now returning. The property has many upsides and considerable potential. I have found management to be responsive.

Nice place where everything is under your nose, easy access to 95 & 295, an outlet and great people along with great management! Would heavily recommend.

recently moved there. I love everything about it. nice floor plans, great access to every where, great management. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!

Nice place to live if you're renting but from and owners view point we have the worst property management and board of directors
