The management and maintenance team here are excellent. Jennifer Greg and Rodney are the best apartment staff I have ever encountered and they're professional, friendly and hardworking. They keep the property beautiful and Jennifer assists residents in any way she can. Beautiful property!
Jennifer is Amazing! My mom is sick and she needed to move. Jennifer was able to make the whole process much easier for all of us. Everyone at Brookside is great! It's really a wonderful community and I'm very happy to call it home. Thank you Jennifer and Gregg for all you do. We appreciate you both!
Beautiful place to call home.Staff here is very professional and personal.These are newly renovated,and the maintenance staff is fast,efficient,and courteous. The neighbors are also amazing,friendly,and this is a quiet,clean, and downright desirable place to live.Convenient for commute,on bus line,and and close to shopping,restaurants,etc,yet located in a cozy,country like setting. My family loves living here, and I can’t say enough good things about Brookside Park.Keep up the great work Jennifer,Greg,and team!
Beautiful apartments . Jennifer is awesome, friendly, fixes problems super fast. I would highly recommend Brookside Park Apartments to anyone. Staff and maintenance is amazing. Apartments are so spacious and beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet. No drama.
I have been here for four years was a wonderful place to live until PLK bought this apartment building and now it is awful to live here they will not leave there. Renters alone they want to come in your apartment then they don’t show up They don’t care that you had to takeoff work to let them in. Because I don’t want strangers in my home Without being there. Now I found out they don’t honor your contract with the previous owners. Seems like they should since it was a one year contract, but they said no.
The area and the community is quiet here it is very nice everybody here seems very respectful the office manager is very nice and helps as much as she can the best she can and is very quick on response
I came in asking if they had any one bedrooms available and the lady told me that they have nothing available and to go down the street to look at oakbrook because they’re significantly cheaper than here and that will fit more of what I’m looking for and be in my price range. We didn’t discuss any pricing what so ever or what I’m “looking” for. I told her I’m not worried about pricing and she said “well good luck we don’t have anything”. So I was a little offended to be judged right off the back. I drive a brand new Honda Accord that I paid for and make $17.50 an hour plus commission so I simple “sorry we don’t have anything available right now” would of been fine. Definitely won’t be recommending anyone to come here just based off of my experience with this woman.
PLK is a good community
