I wish I could tell everyone to NOT bring your dog to this place! Every single time I have taken my dog to this groomer twice, thinking the first time she made my dog bleed was just a fluke. Well it wasn’t to get her nails clipped, the groomer has cut my dog’s nails too short and has made her bleed. I took my dog here last week and my dog is still limping and trying to lick her injured paw. One very expensive vet visit later and I was encouraged by my vet to never go back as my dog’s nails looked like a “hack job”. Don’t give this place your business!
Samantha was the best when dealing with our new puppy. In for his first grooming, she made sure it was a great experience for him as well as me and already have our next appointment scheduled. Highly recommended!
I just had our two Shih Tzus groomed at Brookview. They are 16 and 18 years old so they need someone with a gentle touch. Samantha was awesome. They look the best they've looked in years and they came home completed unstressed. I won't go anywhere else again.
They are still practicing curbside drop-off for veterinary and technician services, so I called when I arrived. The technician picked up my cat from my vehicle for his nail trim and I parked nearby. They called me after just a few minutes. I paid over the phone, scheduled my cat's next visit, and then drove around to the entrance so they could deliver my cat back to me. Super quick visit, and my cat, though not exactly happy about the adventure, smelled nice and had well-clipped claws.
I had called pretty last minute and they were able to get in all 4 of my dogs. I had been having back problems and I was so greatful! They did a great job!
Literally the worst experience. Woman was mean. Seemed bothered by my Dog and myself. Commented on my dog saying how ridiculous he is. Trimmed his nails but did a HORRIBLE job. Will never return, will not recommend to anybody.
I have been taking my rot/lab mix there for the past few months and have been very satisfied with the owner's work. She takes her time and has always returned my dog looking stellar. She thoroughly impressed me with our last visit since my dog had managed to roll into some "wildlife" leaving him with an extremely unpleasant smell and matted fur. Now that I have him back no one would be the wiser thanks to her fine work. I am glad I was able to find her business and I highly recommend!
