They are ok...I spent thousands trying to win prizes so that might be a scam. Prices are a little high also, compared to some other online retailers. The flyers are a discount thing and supposedly you can win a bigger gift card, but after 38 orders between me and a friend, nothing. All 10$
Last week I would have given them 5 stars then the heater they sold me a month ago cooked $500 of my livestock. Customer service was less than helpful and I will no longer buy from them.
They sell Trigger sumps and I purchased one that had a known flaw with the float sensors going bad and just failing causing the sump to over flow. Trigger Systems knew about this as I was told in a email but BRS and Trigger keeps selling these with no disclosure of the issue. The newer version V2 has fixed the issue but for those of us with the float sensors will have to pay over $200 for the fix. Thanks BRS and Trigger. BRS also takes down reviews to that fact. I now have to manually turn the fleece roll 3 times a day to keep it over flowing on a $1200 product.
This company has good information and sell great products. I stated my reef tank in 2019. After watching a years worth of BRS TV. Today I am able to keep SPS alive in my 120 gallon tank.
Wanted to give a shout out to Mr Chad who was very helpful when I called in today with a pricing issue. He handled the situation very professional and even ensured my situation was resolved before the call was disconnected. Kuddos to Chad on a job well done. I will continue to support BRS!!

Bulk Reef Supply has a culture unlike any other. You can feel the commradare and sense of community the minute you're greeted at the door both at their office and virtually on their site. Working with Jeff and Nicole from marketing, Nick and Joe from sales, and Andrew and Ryan from leadership is an absolute pleasure. They are a great company to work with. I can't speak high enough of their team! They really put customers first!
Bulk Reef Supply is #1 not only for reefing supplies but more importantly, for guidance. I began my adventure into maintaining a reef aquarium eighteen months ago. From the beginning I have relied on Bulk Reef Supply for my equipment. The customer service and the videos BRS produces are invaluable. The guidance provided by these has helped me to overcome problems along the way and provide a wishlist for improvements for my reef tank.
I'm an online customer. I always love my experience with BRS. Everything is always packaged so nicely and shipped out extremely fast. Items ship to me in Pennsylvania very quickly. I can't say enough good about this place. I hear the customer service is great but can't personally attest to that as I've never needed them for anything.
