I have been a patient of Dr. Bronson for years. Today, he was so rude that I am never going back. I was only 1 minute late. He corrected me and said that it was 3 minutes. I have waited in his waiting room longer than that. He informed me that if I was going to be late that "there are cell phones and that everyone has them these days." He also berated me for not seeing the dentist during the pandemic.
I have always struggled with feeling comfortable at the dentist - so much so, that I put off going for years. I am so pleased that I got connected with Dr. Timothy Brosnan and his dental practice. I was completely satisfied with both visits; the service is incredible and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a positive dental experience!
Very happy with Dr. Drayton Smith. He takes the time to explain any issues that come up with your teeth and the receptionist does an amazing job working with your insurance to make sure that they are paying what the should be paying for your cleanings and fillings. 5 Stars for Sure :
These guys are great. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for several years now. He has great "chairside" manner and his work always holds up. His support staff is always friendly and remembers my name. They have evening office hours and I have never had trouble getting an appointment.
I don't particularly have any issues with the dentists. However, prior to my appointment I gave the receptionist my insurance card information. AFTER my visit, I was told that they don't participate in that insurance plan and that now I need to pay $150. I told them this is WRONG. I should've been told in advance NOT after my appointment. How can you trust a place that does this?
Just had my first appointment with this practice, and the staff and doctors are very friendly. So glad to find a great place!
The staff is amazing . Dr.Brosnan is amazing. Highly recommend. So glad we found this dental office. They really do care about their patients.
