Bought a new washer from Brown’s on Saturday morning. It was delivered and installed by Saturday afternoon and 12 year old washer also bought at Brown’s, removed. Great service and great people to work with.

I needed an element for my oven and my brothah Todd Foster came through! He made the sale and arranged for it to be delivered to me in Old Town. The guy who delivered it was super friendly. Thank you!

The browns appliance tech was fabulous happy friendly explained what went wrong helped me un load and reload the food in my refrigerator wish i caught his name. Thank you for  great service  Browns will be my go to for all my needs

Amazing staff, great appliances and they even helped load our purchase safely.

2nd time needing my oven fixed. This was the 1st time having Browns Appliance fix it. I have to say the job only took minutes...the technician was very nice and informative. He even was able to calibrate the oven, and he also was able to adjust my flames on the burners. The stove top and oven works  better then it ever has. Never has the oven heated up so qui kly! Whoever worked on it before didn't come close to doing such a great and  fast job. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend using Brown Appliance. Today I had a new refrigerator delivered. The two men who delivered it were very courteous and careful with my doorways and furniture. They were exactly on time! I had called the store and asked if they could bring a part for my dishwasher when they came. I wasn't hopeful that it would come, but it did! I have bought all my appliances from Brown's and wouldn't buy them anywhere else. They stand by their appliances and give great service.

Update: Their service department is super responsive! Mike in service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable and showed us the issue and resolved it quickly. Thank you!  We’ve ordered a dishwasher and fridge and the service and price were both excellent. Thanks to the great installers and Alex in sales.

Salesperson was helpful, listened to my concerns.  Installers were experienced, polite and efficient.  And dishes are cleaner than with old appliance.
