Picked up a beautiful brand new pair of Brooks ghost 13 sneakers. To say I’ve never been happier with the sneaker in my life anymore than these is an understatement! Impeccable service by Justin good price Brooks is a great quality sneaker. If you want to customer service and a great selection of good shoes don’t think of anybody else but Curtis family shoes!

Today was the first time I’ve stepped foot into Curtis Family Shoe. I was greeted by a salesman, and was informed they only had one style boot from the brand I was looking for. He then brought up other stores I could check for the style boot I was intending to buy. I was then asked about my line of work and he suggested other boots they had in stock that would suit me, and showed me what was also on sale and let me look around without trying to pressure me into a sale. I enjoyed my experience their and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Liked a lot. Unlike other shoe stores that follow their clients around watching every move you make making you feel like your a thief. A great veriety of shoes and even had my size! Helpful and friendly employees and would recommend to anyone.

Love this store!! We've been visiting Acadia 3 years in a row and for the last two years, both my husband and I have gotten shoes here. The staff is great! And we both have unusual sizes....just an all around great store. It will be one of our destinations each year now!

While the in stock selection of footwear is mostly too small the staff was very helpful in finding some which fit and offered stretching services for a pair which was to narrow. They made sure that my first time shoe shopping as a trans woman was a very comfortable experience

So much selection for all types of activities!

I really like Curtis Family Shoe Store. They are helpful and stand behind what they sell. I've bought 5, or 6 pair of shoes in the last few years. One pair began to come apart after perhaps three months. I brought them in and the associate told me they were defective and would be replaced free of charge. Instead of the same shoe, however, he offered to apply the credit to a pair of Keen shoes, which he felt are more durable. Now, Keen is my first choice in work and casual shoes and Curtis Shoe is where I buy them.
