Went in to ask about a ring repair. I had a ring that had broken in half on the back of the band. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and was called saying I needed prong work for a total of $89. I only payed $70 for the ring ages ago. It white gold with very small diamonds. I told the lady that I just wanted the band sauntered and no prong work. Wwnt to pick it up aand they didn't fix anything because they said my prongs are too bad. WTH... I do understand that they do not fix on site and send it to a jeweller, but come on...do they not have any knowledge at all? I will not be back.
The display is so elegant and beautiful. I appreciate the detail taken for the nautical theme on display. I had to get photos to share the beauty that caught my eye walking by.
This is wear my first wedding ring came from in 1985. Love this place.
Beautiful store...so many unique gifts...Jill and staff are so helpful...!!
