Jeff Sullivan has either owned or managed a jewelry store for the past 22 years. The Sullivan family has been in the jewelry business since 1972.
Jeff and Jim Sullivan are Diamontologists and John Sullivan is a Gemologist. The family started with two jewelry stores in Door County, Wisconsin in 1975. Then, in 2002, Jeff moved the store to it's present location in the Ruby Isle Shopping Center on Calhoun Road in Brookfield.
Sullivan Jewelers will be celebrating their 13 year aniversary of the store opening in Brookfield, this fall.
Our Master Goldsmith; Todd has been at his Craft for over 20years, and is also a Graduate Gemologist. Sullivan Jewelers is a full service Jewelry store, we will custom design that perfect piece of fine jewelry just for you. We have our Goldsmith on site about any inquiries for fine jewelry and watch repairs.

I brought my ring in to be resized and was quoted about a 2 week turnaround. Dropped off on Saturday and picked up the following Friday and was shocked it was done in less than a week and in perfect condition. I’m so happy my ring fits again and that it was returned back to me so fast. Super helpful, nice staff! Will certainly be back.

I would give Sullivans a 100 stars if I could. I went to them for a ring resize after having a very off the wall/bad experience at a different local jeweler. The other jeweler said some not so nice things about my engagement ring and told me all my diamonds would fall out if it was resized and just so many other mean/not nice things. My fiancé called Sullivan's and explained what I went through and Mary Ellen asked that he tell me to come in. I went in that same day and everyone there was just extremely kind and professional and disproved all those horrible comments I was told at the previous place I went to. I picked up my ring today, it's sized perfectly! They polished it up and it's shining as bright as it did the day my fiancé proposed. I also remember having a small nick in the band that I unfortunately was the culprit of, but it's not there anymore which means they took it upon themselves to smooth that out to make my ring brand new. I am so happy with the outcome and we will be returning to have my fiancés wedding band resized there. Sullivan's is our forever jeweler.

We took my wife's favorite ring to Sullivan's recently.  They did an excellent job and very quick turnaround.   Her ring that looked like it had been run over by a truck was perfect after they were finished with it.  I would recommend them.

Excellent people doing quality work. Highly recomended over any chain jewelery store anyday!!! We had rings cut off for medical procedures and they repaired and resized: look like new if not better!!!! Go there.

Such a nice staff!  I was having trouble finding somewhere to repair my fashion/costume jewelry.  They asked me to stop by and see what I needed… and they were able to fix my necklaces and earrings.  So many others turned me away for not having ‘fine jewelry’ to repair.  I can tell you this… my next ‘fine jewelry’ PURCHASE will be from SULLIVAN JEWELERS.

Sullivan Jewelers has restored/repaired 3 pieces of jewelry for me in the last 6 months and I will never go to anyone else ever again! Their prices for repairs are very fair and the quality of the work they did was impeccable. My latest piece of jewelry was a vintage find that had been worn to hell and back and I brought it in and it looks brand new. I am so, so happy with the work they did! They also did an appraisal for me and I am very satisfied with it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I’m a loyal customer for life!

We had our wedding rings in for a repair and re-sizing. They are both very modest because we didn't have much when we got married 47 years ago. We have dealt with some snide jewelers in the past, but the staff at Sullivan was so kind and helpful and seemed happy for our business. We will go back and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been to Sullivan Jewelers numerous times to sell old gold  and to have jewelry repaired.  I have always received fair  prices for items I brought in. They have also been extremely helpful in advising me regarding the merit of repairing items. Occasionally, it is best to admit to retire your favorite pieces instead of investing more money on them. Repairs are done in a timely manner and completed when promised.

Sullivan Jewelers is a great local jeweler.  I need links added to a watch I had just purchased.  The Jeweler was amazing, fast, friendly and wouldn't accept any money for the job.  I am definitely using Sullivan's for all of my future jewelery purchases.

I’ve been going to Sullivan‘s now for the past few years. I wanted to leave this review because I found they are so great to work with and I wanted to share that.  Jeff, Mark and Ingrid have all helped me with various things I needed fixed or questions I had about jewelry.  And Todd has helped with fixing my jewelry.  I have found them to be honest, and trustworthy!  They have some beautiful pieces there, and the cost of repairing jewelry is very reasonable.  I would highly recommend them as a jeweler!
