They are the best, reasonably priced, great work, they sodered my wedding band and engagement ring together for me, and had it completed in one week like they said, they fixed any chips in the diamonds, and made it truly a piece of jewelry I will treasure forever, just like my marriage.... My husband and I had a very specific design in mind for a Diamond ring and I’m here to tell you that Calhoun’s Jeweler’s went above and beyond to make our ring dreams come true!! We worked primarily with Jesse and Annie for correspondence and they were both super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. When we picked up our ring we were both completely blown away by how beautiful it is! Their craftsmanship and attention to detail, coupled with customer service and willingness to meet their customer’s expectations is completely extraordinary. When we picked up our creation today the entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! I simply cannot sing their praises enough. They designed and executed a ring of my dreams that will be passed down to generations to come. I am also excited to make future purchases from them. They have gained a lifelong trusting customer in our family for sure!!
I needed a new watch band to replace the one that came with the watch I bought from Calhoun’s. I found one l that really liked but the band didn’t fit right on the watch. Calhoun’s said they could make adjustments to make it work. After a few days I went back to get it and it fit perfectly. Now this wasn’t a big sale but it just goes to show you the kind of service and staff attention you will receive from Calhoun’s. I will definitely keep going back and thank you Calhoun’s Jewelry!
The best selection in Topeka! When my son was looking for an engagement ring, we went to 4 stores and this one stood head and shoulders above the rest. Amazing customer service! My son had a budget and the employee wouldn't give up until we found something in his price range. You will not go wrong coming here!
Very very helpful from the minute entering the front doors. Never any pressure to purchase anything. Complimentary estimates on personal jewelry items. Complimentary cleaning & checking personal jewelry. Every sales person we have come in contact with throughout our years of always choosing Calhoun's have been very gracious to meet our needs.
I had an amazing experience at Calhoun's. Everyone was so polite and helpful. My husband wanted to get me a Mother's ring for Christmas, which is what brought us to Calhoun's. I got great service and no one was overbearing while I was there. I went there three separate times while looking for my mother's ring, I wanted to take the time to be sure of what I wanted. On the third visit I decided on the one I wanted and ordered it. My ring came in about a week earlier than they expected it to. I went there to pick it up today and it was perfect! It looked amazing! It looked even better than I expected! I can't take my eyes off of it. I am very satisfied with it. The man who helped me when we went to pick it up even offered to clean my husband's wedding ring for him that wasn't even purchased there. They cleaned it and it came back looking brand new!!! Thank you everyone at Calhoun's for your help and excellent customer service!!!
I went to have a new battery put in my watch. Customer service was wonderful. I was greeted and asked by several clerks if I had been helped. When I asked about the cost of having my ring cleaned they did it for no cost while I was getting the battery put in. I would recommend them and have recommended them to my friends.
Doug made our experience fun and enjoyable. We used to be a customer to other jewelers in town but from now on we’ll only shop at Calhoun’s. If you’re in the market for a new piece of jewelry and appreciate doing business with class and integrity then speak with Doug or any of his staff. They actually care about the customer and they care about keeping you as a future customer, most of all they aren’t pushy. Thank you Calhoun’s.
I have used Calhouns for years. For both purchases and repairs. I would not trust any other jeweler. They have reasonable prices and awesome customer service. They have the utmost integrity. I highly recommend them.
