First off let me say that this place is nice looking for the most part not the hallways which were being renewed when we moved out, but MANAGMENT TEAM SUCKS!! They are very rude to people that they don't wanna deal with and actual do there job. We moved out of here 4mo. ago and still haven't received our deposit and on top of that they took money claiming things that weren't tru to be messed up. Saying that there was pet stains and we don't own any pets at all and there wasn't any stains. Also charged us with cleaning of the kitchen sink and dishwasher that they NEVER FIXED. Just kept saying that basically we had to run up our electric bill and run the garbage disposal as we do the dishwasher. RIDICULOUS! Then there was a time when we were behind on rent and made us pay a reinstatement fee of $400 even though the evection wasn't not processed. And then nowhere in our lease did it say we had to pay a reinstatement fee and they wrote one up and gave it to us to add illegal.Also when we moved in we told them that the windows were out of frame, drains were clogged. Which made it really cold in the winter and hotter in the summer. NEVER FIXED THAT EITHER. I do not recommend moving here at ALL.
Have lived at Brownstone since 2019 and it's a wonderful place to live. Very spacious and pet friendly. The people in the office are very nice and helpful. Maintenance gets the jobs done when needed I highly recommend staying here. I will be for years to come.
Maintenance is Top Notch! I put in a maintenance request and 99 out of 100 they come and fix the problem same day! Great Maintenance!! 4/14/23 Jeff came and fixed my bathroom issue quickly. I appreciate so much the professionalism the Maintenance crew Jeff and Jeramie give to our work orders. Thank you.
DO NOT RENT WITH THEM ‼ horrible they love giving out 3 day notice for water bill do not do it I regret resigning my lease ‼ also if you try to get assistance for the water bill a lot of places will not help you cause they said the water bill isn’t a official water bill from a actual water company I been told by multiple agencies the same thing. Rethink your decision ‼
The saff is wonderful. Units are very spacious. Great community location. Everything is near by. Maintance does an excellent job when you need them. Portal is avaliable for all your needs and request. You can also pay your rent using the portal online. Great choice for the price.
I have had to call maintenance for things that had to be done due to the weather climate and another occasion to save water from leaking in my apartment. The maintenance team responded fast and efficient and my apartment is functioning properly as it should. I appreciate the maintenance team and the leasing employees for their care and compassion in all things here at Brownstone Apartments.
Jeff showed up quickly , we explained the issue and after inspection he diagnosed the problem right away , got the parts from his truck and repaired it within 5-10. We have been having water issues here for months with zero solutions until this guy!! Thanks Jeff ! Much appreciated !!
Helping my sibling move out of here. She lived here for five years giving them LOTS of chances to get it right: 1. Could hear and smell her neighbors’ units 24/7. 2. Rarely had working laundry facilities. 3. Went an entire summer with no A/C. 4. Had a bathroom sink without a drain for two years. 5. Had a squirrel living in her ceiling for multiple years. 6. Dealt with rude/loud neighbors, with frequent evictions around her. 7. Now they are changing how they bill for water. Instead of paying a flat fee or her own water bill, they are evenly splitting the bill among four apartments, two one-bedrooms and two two-bedrooms. So she lives alone and barely uses water, but she has to foot the bill for entire families in the building. It’s like getting a side salad and water when your friends get lobster, then splitting the bill evenly. 8. They give “windows” for maintenance events, seven days at a time, so you never know when someone is coming to your apartment, like when they added Google Fiber. She cannot leave fast enough. Edit: That the complex latched onto the noise being the key problem here and nothing else tells you all you need to know about how they deal with issues.
I love it here, been here since 2018 and just renewed another lease and only things I have had an issue with is waiting for maintenance to catch up on work orders and that issue has now been resolved along with new washers and dryers due to a new hire Jeremy Smith, he completed my work order in the same day with in minutes in fact and what a friendly and professional experience that was. Great work Jeremy and it's my excitement to say thank you Brownstone team for their awesome find in you!
Ian was a great help! He’s an awesome person you’ll want to work with! He answered all of my questions and guided me through the whole process!
