She must be mad at someone because all I did was ask for information and when I said no thank you, because of their policy of no refund on lot rent due to my job I move frequently, and sometimes with no more than 24 hours notice.was told not to contact her and was blocked. I can promise you that no one I know or work with will be staying there !
If I could give this zero stars I would. We moved in on August 1st at 6pm at night. Then the next morning we left to get stuff that we needed and then we got a call saying that we were speed and the speed limit was 10 and we were going 7. On August 22 she told us that we need to vacate the property on August 31. It was late at night, we were coming back from a wedding that was very important and the grooms dad was trying to get tint off the head lights and she told us it’s enough we are out. She had said that we have too much in and out, that our dog is never on a leash, we have too many people parked on our lot, and that we are always speeding through the property. We are college students going to temple so we have to leave for class and then come home. We have family that lives close so we were gone every weekend. The first weekend we were there we threw a house warming party and only had family, but we didn’t know that it was 2 cars in front and 2 cars in back. We did have 3 cars in back and when we were told only 2 we moved the other car right away. She has been out for us since the day we moved in. I do not recommend it for anyone who loves family or goes to school. I do not recommend it for anyone.
Owner is very nice and helpful. The concrete pad wasnt anywhere near level, which was strange bc they looked new. The bathroom reminds me of a prison, while spacious, there’s no shower curtain so water just gets all over the floor and it wreaks of cigarettes. Other than that, it’s a very clean and quiet place in a convenient area.
My Husband and I stayed a short time a few years back. Barbara treated us well. When we had to send our RV back due to floor falling threw and the seller would not fix it. But did reimburse us Barbara was very nice about our situation.
Very well taken care of. Barbara the owner of the RV Park lives just up the hill. The house on the hill we like to say. She can oversee her whole park. She maintains everything for your convenience. Location is perfect to the lakes and towns. You even have a convenient store blocks from the park.
We stayed here for a period of 4 months while our home was being built. We also had two small dogs. I was so impressed of how clean the park, restrooms and laundry room stays. I will say Barbara is strict on some things, but that attracted us to her park. The things she expects are all legit, like not leaving your clothes in dryer, keep your area clean and pick up after your dogs, no loud music, or speeding through the park. I would highly recommend the stay.
We stayed in this park for 11 days Oct/Nov with a 19 ft trailer. We had plenty of room in our site for our car, bikes, etc. Park is clean, neat and well kept. Barbara, the owner, is the NICEST! Her response to any communication was quick. We would highly recommend this park. We would stay here again.
We stayed here last weekend. Very clean Rv park and the host is extremely friendly and helpful. Only down side was the slope on the pull through sites that Barbara did mention. Just bring a few extra blocks. The concrete pads are long and wide! 40’ travel trailer, suv and truck fit easily. Pet and kid friendly as well. Out of all the places in the temple area we have stayed I’d recommend this one. And will be staying there again.
I was disappointed with the staff and owner. I am still waiting for proof demonstrating that my dog and I were in the bathroom. I was not going to argue with someone that made a false accusation because it’s a wise thing to do and yes it’s false because my dog had not been there no more than 2 weeks. Did my dog and I enter the laundromat, yes we did, but the sign did not indicate that dogs were not allowed. When you properly place a sign then people know what you want them to know, but when you cannot properly place a sign what do you think will happen. The approach of the situation was disappointing because coming to my RV not introducing yourself properly and raising your voice is unprofessional and for the owner to take offensive to “There is no problem here your employee explained the situation” and the owner saying “You’re out by the end of the month” was unprofessional. I thank God that I don’t like trouble because had I really said something offensive I could only imagine. I will take ownership I am the only one to blame because I read the reviews and posts about the owner and I knew it was bad, but I said “Who am I to judge, we should always give people an opportunity”. May God bless them.
Great place to stay near Belton Lake. Very clean and quiet. Facilities were very clean as well. The pads do have a little slope to them some more than others so make sure you have levelling blocks and wheels are chocked before you unhitch. I would stay here again and recommend this park.
