The absolute worst service I have ever seen. We ordered our new couch in Sept of 2021. We were told 6 months. 11 months later we finally got it. All we heard is it is because of supply issues which we know exist, but felt more like an excuse. We were never kept up to date unless we reached out or emailed. Their communication is deplorable at best. We were never offered any kind of compensation for the extra 5 months. We did get free delivery, but only after we demanded it. We were told we need to understand what they go through and pretty much told to deal with it. You will be better off going to American furniture warehouse or furniture row. You will probably have better luck getting your furniture in less than 11 months. Please do not waste your time because you will not be happy.

Excellent service, family owned with boutique hands on experience ~ everyone took the time to educate me on the craftsmanship and custom creation for my master king bed. I highly recommend visiting Home Collections and letting them help you customize your exquisite purchase! Affordable and durable!
The entire team at Home Collections were amazing to work with, best furniture buying experience we've ever had, absolutely no high pressure or cheesy sales tactics. They took the team to listen to what we wanted, made several suggestions, talked about the pros & cons of the options, and so much more. Definite family vibe, and will be going back to them.
Can not wait to see the beautiful creation they helped us build for our new home. Truly impressive classic pieces with great design & beautiful fabric selections. Amazing customer service and kindness. They know how important it is to build a great room for your home and appreciate your story to help you create your perfect space. Check them out before you settle for anything else. Update-furniture isn’t for hard living. The cushions don’t hold form long and look worn out. My husbands chair looks 10+ years old. Not sure the price point matched the value but still a pretty set.
I was lucky enough to find this store on line. Drove there New Year's Eve and bought an American Make sofa. Lead time is months out but I ordered the sofa anyway. Family owned business, amazing service and attention to detail you would not get anywhere else.
I recently purchased new living room furniture from this amazing family business. The quality of their furniture line is top notch and the fabric choices are both modern and beautiful. But the thing that sets this shopping experience apart from others I've had was the time, expertise, and care that each member of the family provided. They have years of valuable experience and are happy to share that with customers. I was not rushed and left feeling excited about my choices. I highly recommend both their product and process to those looking for a great shopping experience.
This place is awesome. The people are very helpful, friendly, and knowledge. We've spent a couple of weeks looking for a new dining room set and could not find the right size, style, or finish at the typical big furniture stores. These folks helped us design a set using their software. We were able to pick the exact style of table and chairs with the wood finish and fabric we wanted. There were many choices to make, but we could see our choices on their large computer monitor. We ended up with a custom set that matches our room and other furniture perfectly. If you don't mind paying a little more and waiting a few weeks, this is the place to go to find exactly what you want.
Home Collections Furniture was the perfect place for us to get a new couch. We dealt with Sylvia. She got to know us and what we were looking for and helped up find exactly what we wanted. Sylvia really knows the construction, fabrics and aesthetics of the furniture and answered all our questions. We are delighted with our choice and thankful for her expert advice.
We recently purchased a sectional, chair and 2 ottomans from Kristin at Broyhill. It was such a great experience from the beginning to the end! She was so patient with us, as there were so many fabric options and it was hard to decide! She was kind and always in a good mood when I stopped by or called her, which was a few times : Once we received the furniture we were so happy with how it turned out! It was exactly as we expected and so comfortable. I would highly recommend Broyhill, and specifically Kristin, if you are looking for quality furniture for your home!
