Had my grandson's 10th birthday here. We all had lots of fun! My 3 year old grandson bowled also with rented bowling shoes. Definitely recommend it! Food, arcade, and bowling

18% AUTOMATIC CHARGE FOR FOOD AND BAR SERVICE EVERY TRANSACTION NO MATTER THE PARTY SIZE  By the time I post this, I wonder if groupon still has the deal. Its $36 for two bowlers, $61 for four and $84 for six, for two hours, this includes the shoe rentals as well! Individual price per game per person is $8 and a shoe rental can set you back $7 I was so happy to have found this deal. I probably would've never walked into a bowlero location. The young lady that helped me was very kind, I thought it was odd that each lane already has bowling balls. I must be old school because we use to have to run to the balls and grab what we want. It worked out though, I used 3 of the balls left in the lane. LOL The menu had reasonably priced items; apps, meals and desserts. Whooaa, I haven't paid for a drink in a cool min and the Moscow mule was not worth the $15, 98% ginger beermissing star. FYI, if you have groupon, you are not allowed to reserve in advance, its walk in only. I didn't know but I  went online to reserve lanes....the price to reserve a lane for 2 people on a Friday same time I went at 3:30pm is $165.38 missing star what in the world is going on? Go on groupon, snatch it up, your welcome! Solid 3.5!

First time at this location, they were busy but we didn’t wait too long, they have a wait list that they text you when a lane is ready, large bar and tables for beer pong, sport shop, and good size arcade. Couple of parties going on and they decorate amazingly!! Tons of TVs and music going. Cosmic bowling starts at 6 and they want lanes buck, but they did refund us for the game we didn’t use before 6. Shoes were clean. Location was very clean and lots of parking. Would come back. Expensive but you’re paying for the atmosphere

My boyfriend and I have been coming a few times this last month. They charge per person per game which kind of sucks but if you go earlier you can play for 6.50 per person and 6.50 for shoes. Our lane kept going down one of the times we went about 4 times, and the other time we ordered a soda that we never got, but its still a good place to go if you want to play one or 2 games with your family. Very nice establishment and the atmosphere is really nice. The shoes are in great condition so you don't feel as gross sticking your feet in them. If they can iron out some of the problems with the lanes and staffing I will adjust my review.

Attended a get together here. It was great! There ate 40 lanes in here and a gamer area.. The food/Drinks is a bit pricey- all in all : had a great time. Definitely will be back!!

Went here to take my kids bowling. The kids had so much fun but the staff had no professionalism and a no “people-first” attitude. I was treated with rude service and and unwilling to help. This was reflected by the hosted, a couple of employees and especially the manager. They were not friendly. I felt like when I asked for help they didn’t want to help me, and felt unwelcome.

This bowling  alley was clean and had a good fun vibe to it. There was an arcade, a bar, a kitchen to cook some delicious food. The games cost $8.69 each, and shoe rentals are $6.00. It's a little expensive, but okay to pay for the amenities.  The staff was friendly and you're assigned a server to your lane to bring food & drinks. Just make sure you take care of them for their hard work. Enjoy my friends.

We had a great time at Bowlero last night!  The staff, servers, and bar tenders are friendly and attentive.  The GM made it a point to check in periodically to ensure things were running smooth and on point! More importantly, to make sure we were having a good time… and indeed we were!

I have to give props to Danny and his team. I had reported a negative experience at their facility and he responded and made it right. My boys and I went in and were treated quite well by Danny and Alex. In a world where customer service has become a thing of the past it's nice to see a company that responds to customer complaints and cares enough to make up for a bad experience. Danny turned things around and has earned a loyal customer.
