If I can give this place a 0 I would.. will never come to this location. First off I was there with my family trying to have a good time. First the cashier was a young guy which looked not all there but then decided to flirt with my teenage daughter which was disgusting. We then proceeded to play and had a great time. When it was time to pay the bill and go is where we had our most unpleasant experience. We waiting about 20 minutes to get cashed out.. the new employee young lady was really nice but she didn't know how to bill us and had to ask the first cashier for help. He kept ignoring her we tried to help her by hollering to catching his attention but didn't help and when finally a manager came out he looked like he was already overwhelmed, upset and irritated. We kept trying to catch the Managers attention then finally all rude and with an attitude he said what can I help you with. We told him we're trying to get cashed out and leave been waiting for 20 min given the fact my kids were watching everything. He just said ok but did not apologize and of course by that time we were upset and irritated. When we were leaving right before exciting the doors I noticed the manager power walked charging at us. When I turned around he was right behind me and I put up my forearm as he was pushing me he said my family needed to leave and we weren't welcomed back. I told the manager he needed to get back as we were literally out the door. My kids were in shock and very scared for a child it will scar them for the rest of their lives. Never in our lives we've been treated with such disrespect nor been kicked out of a place. This place is horrible.

We had a birthday event and it turned out really good. The managers were awesome they treated us very well made sure we had everything we needed until the end of our birthday event. We were 17 in the party and they were able to keep up with all of us. I would highly recommend Bowlero. Thanks Bowlero! We will be planing another birthday event.

Recently visited with my boyfriend and friends and we had a relaxing time. We went on Sunday for their 2.99 a game special +4.99 shoe rental per person and with three people and two games with shoes it was roughly $45 dollars. The renovation is nice and the location still kept its vintage feeling as well.

I would not recomend this place they only open one line to get you a lane and the same line to pay after you are done took us about 20 minutes each time. The machines kept malfunctioning and when it got time to pay they mest up our bill and it was a headache trying to fix it. This was supposed to be a fun time but wasted our day . Definitely not coming back !

I can’t believe the service we got here! My son wanted a bowling party for his 5th birthday and the manager Joe, Javier and Kyle all made sure it was a great one!! They provided top service on a TUESDAY BIRTHDAY PARTY!! Exceptional experience! THANK YOU!!

The 5 lane kept breaking. The bathroom was very dirty. I got sewer/toilet water on my left shoe...The employees are ok. The music was good, the food average but took forever to cook and be served. Not enough staff. The employees were working really hard. I kinda of feel bad for them.

This place is so fun the kids enjoyed themselves so much. I even had a good time at the bar . While the kids played me and my wife had a great time a the pool tables.

I'm truly going to miss this location... I hope there's a chance of it reopening. One of my most favorite places here... Things like this keeps happening, and I'm gonna have to move to Seattle or something.

A friend and I went and it was pretty fun. Spent more than expected but the arcade games are so tempting

It was a nice bowling alley. I went for the ITG2 machine. Looks like a very run down arcade, but still active. Arcade games are very cheap, 1 or 2 tokens each game. ITG was only 2 token and had pretty responsive arrows. My only concerns are that ITG game has very wobbly bars, the arrows are slightly indented and if you step too light it may not respond. Some songs aren't cached, so be careful while playing some DDR charts. The timer is also funky and feels like it's sped up. But in all, it works just fine. I did not test it the USB
