First time trying this place and WOW!!!! We have never had ice cream like this! So smooth and the taste was off the hook!!!!! Will definitely be making this an evening stop after riding all day when we are down in this area!!!! Thanks Brewsters for an outstanding experience!!!!!!!
I'm always that customer who brings in a sheet of paper with how I would like cakes and desserts I order. Always anxiously awaiting the dirty looks and eye rolls, but the staff here in Maryville was WONDERFUL! They thanked me for the paper and were excited to make the ice cream cake for my son. He likes Rainbow Friends game and they did an amazing job on it. Custom, beautiful and delicious. Huge Thank You to this team.
I want to give it 5! For the Ice cream itself!! But....hire responsible adults please!!! My husband and I went in and we did have a pretty hefty order, since we were ordering for us and my mom, I ordered Banana bread 1 scoop, 1 scoop cherry chocolate chip in a cone, husband got a shake, mom got a hot fudge sundae, Well they got my husband's order out quick, but took forever on mine....and got it wrong! Then we waited.....still no sundae, well...these teens I'd say all of them stopped working and just started chatting and joking...my husband and I obviously waiting at the pick up window inside!! Waiting! Over 10 minutes I'd say before the guy comes up and says if we're waiting on something?! We made it clear we paid for and ordered a sundae, he got it made, but my gosh!!! I wanted to sit outside and eat, but I had to rush through mine because of the wait, obviously it's melting lol...waiting for the sundae. I don't know...I feel like they need a responsible manager with them at all times or they need to grow up.
The ice cream was delicious and the staff was amazing. They also gave our dog a pup cup that he loved!
Nasty place to go. The windows were dirty, under the tables, at the patio outside, it wouldn’t look like this if at least, the clean areas once a day. Short staff is not an excuse. They should clean before and after each shift start. I came to this place two days in a row and noticed that it was exact the same dirtiness. If this is the common areas, I don’t want to know about the kitchen. Go Ice cream, poor hygiene.
Very wide range of ice cream, gelato, drinks etc for all different kinds of dietary restrictions. Hot Brownie Sundae is just amazing.
Real ice cream says it all with a myriad of flavors to enjoy. Those flavors change monthly too. Get a banana split for half price on Thursday… must bring your own banana is the only catch. Always lots of smiles by the friendly staff. Sometimes very busy and will require a wait… but use the time to study the available flavors not easy… they all sound good. Bring your pooch to the walk up window and get a free pup cup… and forever watch your canines reaction to the word “Bruster’s”
The best ice cream I have ever had. That's saying a lot since I am 76 years old. Coconut cream pie is my favorite. You make so many flavors it is amazing. Your cooks need a ataboy. Your the best.
Freshly made ice cream. This was my first time eating at a Bruster's. Very nice place, but I did not like their Rocky Road as it had marshmallow creme and not marshmallows so it was more sweet and lacked texture. Next time I will try the banana split.
