Brusters Ice Cream

Great tasting ice cream. We tried strawberry ice cream in a small waffle cone and a Oreo peanut butter milkshake. Staff was great In helping with choices.

Employees need to be trained to help customers instead of standing around. I went in around 9 PM to pick up a DoorDash order. I was the second person in line... One employee was helping a family, while 7 other employees were back in the back. Half of them were making the orders, while the other half were just walking around talking to each other. None of them had a decency to see that I was standing with a phone next to the family waiting to pick up an order. Ended up after waiting 10 minutes without being served that I unassigned/cancelled the order and left. No manager on site. Apparently, the employees don't care about people waiting or their delivery drivers. That's what I call customer service. NOT....

Great ice cream but way too soft. Like their freezer wasn’t cold enough. Crazy messy, dripping all over, but delicious regardless. I will definitely try it again! I just don’t like super soft ice cream

Such delicious ice cream! I ordered a large chocolate cake cone and it was so unbelievably large I had to ask for a cup to go along with it because it was so big. Definitely didn't expect that much! Definitely worth it's price. In the photo, the cup is a size large and I squashed down the ice cream to make It fit

So much deliciousness. Also, the young women working here are so patient with us old folk who have stupid questions and can never make up our minds.

We ordered 1sm shake, 2sm blast and 1lg blast. Almost 30$ I’ve never been charged for an extra topping with my blast. We went though the drive through and was charged 2$ for 1 extra topping. Whip cream was 89c RIDICULOUS!! The girl named Kieran took our order and said the wrong thing each time she hanged us the item. They have gotten worse and worse last time they completely forgot my order. I do not recommend this location at all.

Today was great! Love this place! Great ice cream. Not cheap, but really good! They know how to do it right! There's a drive thru too. There are tables outside for sitting and eating, good for the summer. They have a whole lot of flavors, and you can get a cone or a cup.

The ice cream is delicious no doubt but you had better be packing when you pay for your order. I ordered a medium size cupAlso known as the Regular size of "Deep Dish Apple Pie" which the girl explained; small has two scoops, Med/Reg. Has 3 scoops and Lrg. Has 4 scoops. She rang me up $4.75 a little more than I expected but ok 3 scoops I am thinking so she hands me this little tiny cup and sure enough 3 itty bitty scoops I honestly thought she messed up my order. No the order was right. Here is a picture of the cup beside a drink can to give you an idea of just how small this serving is.

We moved from AZ to NC. We loved Bruster's in AZ. Our dog, Benji, knew where Bruster's was and knew how to order ice cream. He LOVES Bruster's ice cream so much he literally won't take a breath while eating it. He takes the biscuit off the top, puts it aside, and goes to town on the ice cream. Let me tell you, his humans feel the same. But we also BELIEVE in Bruster's. They treat their customers and their pets so well that they deserve to be your go-to ice cream shop. Delicious ice cream and great service.
