Small park and to be honest I wouldnt cinsider it a park, it's just a few trees and the rest of it is concrete sidewalks. I wouldnt go there to hangout or chill.
Today's event was the 2018 Santa at Fordham Rd in Bryan Park. This location is small and often missed as its used as a walkway, generally. Its furnished with lovwlyntrees and benches. But today was decorated in spirit of the holidays. Even Santa was there gifting kiddies and taking pics.
I was there briefly for an event. The "park" is only a triangle separating two major roadways. It is clean but the Parks Dept. needs to plug five small rat holes seen in one area.
Lots of people go there to relax with their children and kids ride their bikes rollerblade. I feel they need a few little snacks or fruitstands outside while you are sitting relaxing. I like to go there all the time just to chill out & Relax in a peaceful environment.
Pretty nice and exercise machine that I use everyday good for my health
I Have been here several times and the views are breath taking with lots of space for picnic, bbq , theirs swimming , handball court Even cool for First Dates Romantic settings and theirs state police their to make sure everyone is safe too.
This park is great to eat lunch. Just be careful in the grass. People are known to walk their dogs there and not clean up after them.
Very small good spot for a fast sit down , but right in the middle of all the shoppin area.
Pretty Good Place to relax for a few during the Day, have a quick lunch, or take a phone Call. During the Night Time it becomes a bit strange with many weird persons making their appearance by the bunch.
I am confused by so many of the reviews. There are no BBQ pits. it is a tiny 45 square foot park with maybe 4-5 benches. Usually taken up by homeless or drunk people. There is maybe 3 trees. Just today A teenager was slashed there and the police are looking for 5 suspects. at 5:30pm. Edit: To be clear this is Bryan Park in the Bronx, around 193rd st. E and webster ave. Fordham road. People are leaving reviews for Bryant park in Midtown Manhatten by mystake.
