6/9/23 recently refurbished and reopened, maybe under new management? everything is better organized & it's bright and spacious inside. the prices look about the same and they have all the things a BSS should

They had everything i needed and reasonably priced.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. EXTREMELY RACIST ESTABLISHMENT. ACCUSED MY SISTER OF STEALING TO THE POINT SHE CALLED ME CRYING…..THEY SHOVED A PHOTO IN HER FACE OF A LIGHT SKIN GIRL WHOSE BEEN STEALING …. ALL BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT LOOK ALIKE MY SISTER PAYS $300 AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVERY WEEK

I absolutely love this beauty supply store! It’s my absolute favorite one to go to. I drive 20 minutes anytime I need something hair related. Staff is always friendly and professional though very store has its ups and downs the service keeps getting better and better!!! One young lady today gave me her advice on nails and followed up with suggestions on clothing that could pair well with it along with the best hair sheen!! Thank you! I walked out with the intent on spending $30 for lashes, conditioner and nails and ended up spending $114. ‍ Thank you for amazing service today!!

Take your breath away excellent customer service! I am disabled and they "honestly" helped me and NOT WATCHED me. They did not treat me like a black person shopping in an Asian hair supply store. Big kuddos to and the staff.

I had the worst experience there yesterday and will never spend another penny there ever. I was going out so I decided to purchase a wig, I went in and the young lady who usually helps was not there. So I walked around the store looking for someone to help. I asked one lady but she told me she was helping someone else. I finally saw a Asian woman and I asked her for help. I showed her the wig style that I wanted but not the color that was was displayed. She brought out a wig without looking at the color I paid and went home because I was in a hurry. When I got home I opened the package and realized it wasn't the right color. A few days later I went back to the store and I told them I wanted to exchange the wig for the right one. They refused to exchange it. I explained to them that I'm a long time customer I spend a lot of money there, I even refer people to shop there. The wig was in the package with all tags still intact, unworn. But they still refused without any hesitation. How can you treat a long time customer like that. I will definitely take my money elsewhere they wont get a dime from me again!!!

This store has a wide variety of wigs. I bought a wig which was installed by Beverly, she did an awesome job. I absolutely love the hairstyle she gave me and she had great customer service skills. Beverly you were awesome. I would definitely recommend this store

I dislike the place because of the staff only. Workers have no professionalism, rude and act very unintelligent. There is only one person I allow to do my hair, her name is Denise. I'm not sure if she's even there anymore but non the less she's the stylist to go to. She helpful, professional, a soft living spirit about her. I don't tolerate rude owners, they will get told and straightened out with me, I'll get what I come there for and they will not cheat me or price gouge with me. I will leave once I'm done with my transaction. I've been wearing wigs, hair for many many years and I know prices and good quality hair. I know how to contact BBB done it before with other business and I get good results.

I'm not much of a wig person, but I didn't want anything that looked cheap. I walked into this store because they have a vast amount of wigs, which was quite appealing. To a person who is just beginning the wig journey, this could be quite overwhelming. So I asked for help, and she recommended two wigs to me. I tried them on, and did not quite like them because they weren't exactly what I was looking for. She says "then pick out a wig you like" and walks away. I didn't receive a friendly vibe at all. She never asked me questions on what I was looking for, she just pick the top sellers. The only way I would go back is if there was better and friendlier customer service.
